Abstract
Applications of quadcopter or hexacopter have made easy for plant care. This Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology can accelerate the spread of insecticides, fertilizers, seed sowing, palm pest control, and so on. The translation of air around the UAV needs to be considered to prevent damage of plant. The hit of air can cause broken branch, fall leave, insects to feel uncomfortable, getting into the sidelines of the plant, damage flowers, damage the fruit, or may damage the all plant. The restriction of the wind speed is very useful. The air blows can help pollinate, increasing the air circulation, decrease humidity, decrease the fungi, and so on. For this reason, the distribution of air pressure due to propeller activity needs to be known. This study aims to determine the air pressure distribution, with variations in lift and distance of the measuring point from the UAV propeller. The step of the research is measuring air pressure under a UAV quadcopter which has a total thrust of not less than 10kg. Fifteen air pressure sensors are arranged under the UAV. Four of fifteen sensors are connected to the Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO). The propeller which used in quadcopter is 3080 and 2255 with a 120kv-340kv brushless motor. The results of this study can at least be taken into consideration in the operation of quadcopter UAVs, which in this study found that the air pressure difference reached 0.02kPa. This pressure is too large for rice plants.

Abstract
Palm oil is one of the most consumed and produced oils in the world. Oil that is cheap, easily produced and the amount of production is stable is used as raw material for various products such as food, cosmetics, hygiene products, and also as a source of biofuels or biodiesel. PT X produces products in the form of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (Kernel). A fundamental mistake that often occurs in making decisions is a mistake in making the right sales predictions. Effective planning for both the long and short term depends on forecasting demand for CPO products. The purpose of this study is to know and study demand forecasting using the Time Series method as the first step in designing production and making decisions that will be taken to carry out activities in the next stage. In this study forecasting is done based on historical data obtained from PT X in 2013 until 2017. Forecasting results are used as production planning data from January to December 2018. From the results of the research carried out obtained forecasting data with R2 value of 0.681 which means that the ability of data sales in explaining the results of future data is 68.1% with a p-value of 0.002 and an alpha value of 5% or 0.05 then p-value is less than an alpha value which means the model used has been fit and the forecasting results are valid.

Abstract
Food security issues are a problem for consumers to choose the right food products. Consumers are often faced with a lack of knowledge about nutritional content, expiration and availability of healthy food products, especially for processed apple products. Therefore a traceability system is needed that guarantees the authenticity of the product and provides reliable information. Lack of good information and infrastructure will hinder the formation of an effective traceability system that some producers have not considered because it has high costs, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In general, producers and consumers need an information system that can provide food information effectively and efficiently. This study uses the Waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely: the data analysis stage, the planning stage, the implementation phase and the testing phase. The design concept uses the object oriented method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), which consists of: Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. The results of this study will be in the form of a supply chain traceability information system design for apple packaging based on smart packaging. The results of this study will be a design of an information system traceability system of processed apple products that can be managed by small and medium enterprises.

Abstract
In a turbulent business environment, innovation is the most important issue for business success. This paper addresses two main problems. First, we examine the relationship between market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation as key drivers of innovation. Second, it evaluates the impact of innovation on business performance. Market orientation only focuses on two dimensions, namely the dimensions of customers and competitors. Entrepreneurial oriented is defined along dimensions: proactive, aggressive, autonomy, innovative, and risk taking. Innovation is measured in two dimensions, i.e. product innovation and process innovation. While business performance was represented by financial indicators. Data was collected from small food industries in Indonesia and analyzed by structural equation models. This finding provides support for the positive influence of both market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation. Finally, innovation becomes a positive contributor to business performance. The study has implications that SMEs with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation should place much emphasis in order to enhance innovativeness and ultimately achieve better performance

Abstract
The awareness of consumers about environment has been increasing considerably. Green marketing mix is one of strategies for producers to meet the need of consumers. This study aimed to develop a theoretical structural model representing the influences of green marketing mix on purchasing decision. The conceptual framework was empirically tested using Partial Least Square (PLS) method based on a survey of 42 consumers of mozzarella cheese produced by CV. Brawijaya Dairy Industry (BRADY) in Malang City, Indonesia. Data were collected using questionnaires given to respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. Exogenous latent variables in this study were green product, green price, green place, and green promotion as variables of green marketing mix, meanwhile endogenous latent variable was purchasing decision. The results showed that green product, green price, and green promotion influenced significantly on purchasing decision. Green place did not influence significantly on purchasing decisions because the consumers who are mostly snack producers did not consider the distance of the marketplace. They usually bought BRADY mozzarella cheese with other ingredients for snack production. They saved more energy by buying BRADY mozzarella cheese at one-stop-shop of ingredients for snack production although it was sold at a little bit far marketplace. The most influential variable of green marketing mix on purchasing decision of BRADY mozzarella cheese was green product because the ingredients of the product were toxic-free.

Abstract
Tempe chips are one of the typical foods of Malang City. One of SME that produces tempeh chips in Malang City is Putra Ridhlo. The purpose of this research were to measure the value of productivity, determine several strategic alternatives, and estimate the influence of selected alternative to a better productivity. A suitable approach to help the SME to increase productivity and reduce environmental impact is the Green Productivity Method. Green Value Stream Mapping (GVSM) was also used to identify green waste. Green Productivity Index (GPI) of Putra Ridhlo was only 0,28 (low). Alternatives were prepared to overcome several green waste problems. The results of the study showed that the biggest waste came from frying process (emission), seasoning making process (waste water), and packaging process (solid waste). There were three improvement alternatives to increase productivity values, namely: standardization of packaging weight, usage of blower during the day, and water volume measurement with a measuring cup when making seasonings. According to expert judgement with pairwise comparison, the alternative with highest GPI is standardization of packaging weight (0,30), while usage of blower during the day had GPI 0,29, and water volume measurement with a measuring cup when making seasonings had GPI 0,28. The application of green productivity might be implemented in Putra Ridhlo because it could improve the economy value to be 2,48, and environmental impact (GPI future to be 0,30 and GPI ratio to be 1,08). Future studies could measure productivity with other methods such as Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR).

Abstract
Institutional problems experienced by SMEs lead to institutional risks that can affect supply chain institutions. These risks include risk in the variables of the actors, relations and institutions involved. Variable actors have the risk of lack of technical, intellectual and negotiating abilities, and low commitment, communication and responsibility. Relationship variables have a risk level of trust, honesty and a spirit of low progress, frequent conflicts, and limited information between relations. Other institutional variables have the risk of not having a business network and low government cooperation, training and funding. These risks must be handled properly and correctly. The purpose of this study is to identify and assess the institutional risk of supply chains. Risk identification and assessment uses the Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FFMEA) method. The result of five randomly selected SMEs, the highest risk in the actor variable is the lack of intellectual knowledge and low commitment. The risk priority in the relation variable is the lack of spirit of going forward together. The risk priority for institutional variables is the limited of supporting fund from other institutions.

Abstract
Fermented cassava or “tape” is one of traditional Indonesian fermented food. Along with the high level of fermented cassava consumption, the fermented cassava agroindustry in Indonesia is still potential to be developed. In order to develop the fermented cassava agroindustry, there are several risks facing the agroindustry. This study aims to identify risks in the development of the fermented cassava agroindustry, analyze the risk level, and control the risks that exist. The risks to the fermented cassava agroindustry include raw material risk, production process risk, marketing risk, and financial risk. The study was conducted in Jember Regency, East Java province, Indonesia. Risk analysis uses an integration approach between the level of risk violence and the possibility of risk events as a function, which can be visualized into a graph that shows the level of industry risk, including "low risk", "medium risk", and "high risk". Risk control in each type of fermented cassava agroindustry risk uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process technique. The results of the study show that 15 types of risks have been identified in the fermented cassava agroindustry. Based on the risks in the fermented cassava agroindustry, no one is included in the "high risk" category. It can be interpreted that the fermented cassava agroindustry is not a high-risk industry. The risk of the fermented cassava agroindustry being classified as “medium risk” include the availability of raw materials, continuity of raw materials, quality of raw materials, and number of competitors. At the risk of raw material availability, the control effort that can be taken is to make a partnership with suppliers. In the risk of continuity of raw materials, the control effort that can be taken is to improve the performance of the cassava supply chain. In the risk of quality of raw materials, the control effort that can be taken is to improve cassava cultivation and post-harvest techniques. In the risk of the number of competitors, the control effort that can be taken is to increase the promotion of fermented cassava.

Abstract
Soy sauce is one of the fermented soybean products that is widely used as a food flavoring because it has a distinctive taste and aroma. The high demand for soy sauce requires Company X as one of the soy sauce producers in Indonesia to ensure that consumer needs are always met. Therefore, company X need the help of many stakeholders, including suppliers and distributors to support the continuity of production. These stakeholders are interconnected in a supply chain system. With the many members involved in that supply chain system, company X needs to maintain optimal performance, one of which is by applying supply chain risk management. The aims of this study are to identify and analyze supply chain risk in the soy sauce production process in company X. Firstly, all activities carried out by supply chain members are mapped using the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) approach. Secondly, the potential risk of these activities was analyzed using the House of Risk Phase 1 (HOR-1) method. 21 risk events and 19 risk agents have been identified based on the SCOR approach and HOR-1 method. Furthermore, the results of risk identification are analyzed using the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) method to obtain a priority rank of risks. The results show that there are 5 priorities of risk agents that need to be mitigated, namely human error, products that are not in accordance with orders, power outages, variations in raw materials, and disruptions during product delivery.

Abstract
Maintaining an effective risk management procedure can counterbalance a critical effect on supply chains. The Agri-food supply chain has characteristics that are unique and complex if compared with a conventional supply chain.Sustainability risk management in the supply chain is the key to a competitive organization in the long term. The aim of this paper is to review current research on sustainable risk management in the Agri-food industry chain. These reviews were arranged in steps systematically, ranging from searching related to review of supply chain sustainability risk management (SCSRM), reviewing the general framework of SCSRM and the framework of Agri-food SCSRM. Selection of literature review papers in the period 2010-2019, and obtained 30 papers. Risk aspects were analyzed using a multi-dimensional approach (economic, social, environmental, technical, and institutional) that influences the sustainability of the Agri-food industry. The results show that there are few studies focusing on risk management to achieve a sustainable supply chain system. Some studies only focus on Triple Bottom Line elements (economic, social, and environmental). Sometimes, these studies do not consider risks from other elements such as technical and institutional aspects that can be influence the sustainability of the Agri-food industry. Technical aspects such as the reliability of technological systems and institutional aspects as policymakers support sustainability in a business process. The contribution of this paper is to provide an initial theoretical framework to guide researchers in analyzing risk through a multi-dimensional approach to sustainability.

Abstract
Apple as one of the fresh fruit commodities needs specific treatment in material handling to keep the freshness of the product from farm to the consumers. One of the critical process to maintain the quality of the product is the inventory system. Inventory is one of the major cost components in the production system. Therefore, the inventory system must be controlled to propose the optimal inventory level at the minimum cost. The objective of this paper is to minimise the inventory costs of apple inventory in one of supermarket in Indonesia by using a multi-supplier Basnet-Leung formulation model since the retailer replenishes his inventory from several suppliers. This model allows the system to apply multi-product, multi-period lot sizing and multi-suppliers. The result shows by comparing the costs components between the current company inventory system and the proposed Basnet Leung inventory system; the total cost is reduced up to 40.68%. It results in the total saving in purchasing costs, ordering costs, and holding costs up to 43.20%, 6.44%, and 45.99% respectively. To sum up, controlling the inventory level by using Basnet Leung model will result in a more effective way of purchasing management.

Abstract
Lembah Hijau is one of the SMEs which produces corn chips in Lamongan District. This SME cooperates with corn farmer and retailer who joined the supply chain of corn chips. The uncertainty of the maize cropping pattern, the production process that depends on weather conditions, and the demand for fluctuating corn chips are the factors that can trigger a variety of risks. The research objective was to identify and assessment for the risk of corn chips- supply chain in Lembah Hijau to mitigate the risk. The method used to assess the risk is Fuzzy FMEA by using the questionnaires which were filled by five expert respondents. The raw material, production process and marketing are the variables that will be reviewed. The results showed that by identifying the risk of corn chip chips supply chain, 14 risks consisting of 3 risks in the raw material variable, 6 risks in the production process variable and 5 risks in the marketing variables were found. The risk that can be known based on the highest FRPN value in the raw material variable is the fluctuation of corn price. Meanwhile, the risk in the production process variable is the weather conditions that do not support the production process and the risk in the marketing variable is the return of corn chips product.
