Abstract
Helmet is a protective device whose safety standards are strictly certified. Unfortunately its high safety standards sacrifice user-s convenience when using it. Efforts to use air vent on the helmet is complained of still not enough. Thermoelectric modules offer solution that can be used to solve this problem. Thermoelectric models of lamps reduce temperature of surrounding environment when used as an electrical voltage. This research is commonly known as thermoelectric helmet. Perfecting the helmet design is an ongoing research step that needs to be done. Thermoelectric design focuses on how to make the hot side of thermoelectric able to release heat to the environment properly. If the hot side isn-t good at releasing heat, it will affect the temperature on the cold side which is a problem that must be prevented. Thermoelectric helmet that currently under investigation still uses a fan to remove heat from thermoelectric module. The disadvantage of thermoelectric helmets with cooling fans is they are heavy and not compact in size, as well as the fan also requires additional external power that consumes a lot of power. The utilization of fluid flow on a flat plate could theoretically be implemented in this case. Air flowing around the helmet when used driving has a high enough speed so it could theoretically be used to increase rate of heat transfer by convection. Supporting data, design and performance testing of helmet prototypes are the main issues to be examined in this study. Target of this research is to create a comfortable helmet by utilizing a thermoelectric module but in a compact and concise form.

Abstract
Flights Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) really require altitude position. The altitude position of the UAV is used to measure the distance between the UAV when flying with ground. In UAV system are there are two modes of altitude position, absolute height and relative height. In previous research, precision farming uses unmanned aerial vehicles for foliar farming. The research has recommended the best spraying at an altitude of 1.5 meters of plants, but there are problems that UAVs are difficult to maintain a stable height of terrain in agricultural lands by plants. This research will optimize the height of UAV for foliar fertilizer using ultrasonic sensors. UAVs for foliar fertilizer use low flights because they have to be a few meters above the agricultural land. The ultrasonic sensor works well at a distance of 24 cm to 700 cm above the terrain, so it can be used as a sensor in the UAV for foliar fertilizer. The agricultural land used in this research is corn plant in politeknik negeri jember area. The process of this research is by building a UAV without carrying the load of foliar fertilizer. The results of altitude visualization graph show that experiments with ultrasonic sensors produce smoother graphs. Ultrasonic sensor data produces waves with a lot of noise, this can be caused by ultrasonic waves emitted bouncing with the leaves of corn plants.

Abstract
Ant sugar is a powdered version of brown sugar and is often referred to as crystal sugar. It is called ant sugar because the shape of this sugar resembles that of ants nesting on the ground. The basic ingredients for making ant sugar are palm juice from coconut and palm trees (palm). In this study, the maximum temperature regulation is 140 oC and the pressure is 2 atm. The materials used in this study were coconut and sugar cane juice produced by farmers in Kokap Wates, Kulon Progo Regency. In the manufacture of ant sugar in the evaporation process the temperature of the material increases with increasing winding temperature and over time. In the process of fresh neera evaporation, the value of heat transfer coefficient ranges between 20-22 (W / m2.oC). This shows that when the initial cooking for this concentration is needed more than 20 Watts to heat the material by 1 oC for an area of 1 m2 of material. The value of heat transfer coefficient of turmeric neera beetween 17 - 25 (W / m2.oC).

Abstract
The Indonesian plantation sector is being spurred to produce quality products, among them Robusta coffee with good prospects. One of Robusta coffee suppliers in Indonesia is Jember Regency, however, the main problem faced by Robusta coffee exports from Indonesia is often considered to be of poor quality. The quality of Indonesian robusta coffee has the opportunity to be improved, through efforts to improve the quality of the production process, so that in the end it will improve product quality and market share. The most important effort in improving the quality of the production process is the application of a system that has certainty and is recognized by many countries, namely ISO 9001: 2015. The implementation of ISO ensures consistency in quality and standardizes best practice. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the ISO 9001: 2015 clause has been applied, then make improvements so that the ISO 9001: 2015 clause can be applied, and set priorities for the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 clause in robusta coffee processing. The selected respondents were managers of the Coffee and Cocoa Research Center, PTPN XII Renteng, and Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Buah Ketakasi Sidomulyo. The method used was a survey and interview method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis to determine the priority of the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system in the Robusta Coffee Processing Unit in Jember Regency uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The analysis shows that the Robusta Coffee Processing Unit of Jember Regency already has many clauses in the Strong category, which is 3 clauses from 7 existing clauses. However, there are still important parts of the agribusiness quality system that do not meet ISO standards or even none at all. This can be overcome by applying improvements to elements that are still weak under the guidance and services of ISO 9001: 2015 training specialists and consultants. ISO 9001: 2015 clauses prioritized to be applied are Leadership clauses with a weighting value of 0.259, then successive Organizational Contexts (0.244), Supporters (0.178), Operations (0.122), Planning (0.095), Increases (0.095), Increases (0.095) 0.053) and Performance Evaluation (0.049). Continual improvement is needed for clauses that have low priority.

Abstract
Gembili is one variety of local tubers originating in Indonesia, where its utilization is not in its most use. This tuber has bioactive compounds such as dioscorin, diosgenin, inulin and water-soluble polysaccharides that function as immunomodulators, including those which prevents metabolic diseases such as hyperglycaemia. The addition of gembili tubers in fermented milk has more value and is an alternative nutraceutical food for people who need a healthy diet because it contains probiotics and bioactive components. This study aims to determine the antihyperglycemic activity of fermented milk enriched with gembili flour in animal models. Probiotics contained in fermented milk are Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Streptococcus thermophilus. The experimental animals used in this study are healthy male white rats, not deformed, and had never been used in previous experiments. The animals in experiment were grouped into five treatment groups namely P1= negative control, P2= positive control, P3= 1 ml/rat/day of fermented milk with the addition of gembili tubers, P4= 2 ml/rat/day of fermented milk with the addition of gembili tubers, and P5= 3 ml/rat/day of fermented milk with the addition of gembili tubers (P5). Abstract
Detection of microbial contamination by plating methods, especially coliform bacteria and other pathogens, many still use conventional methods and take about 7 days to find out the results. RTU media is one of the selective media to determine microbes more quickly based on the color of the colonies on the agar media. This study applied the use of RTU media (ready to use) for determination of biosafety of cassava product i.e Mi Lethek. Mi Letheg or Mi Lethek, is one of the culinary noodles originating from Bendo, Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta, made from cassava starch and cassava flour. Production of Lethek noodles is still using the traditional machinery and equipments. The noodle is a murky brown color and less attractive (not white or bright like general noodles), without using chemical dyes or preservatives, but dry Lethek noodles can be preserved until more durable three months. Biosafety analysis was performed on dried Lethek noodles. The presence of enteric bacteria is known by the presence of blue colonies for Eschericia coli and purple/magenta for Salmonella. 10 g of dried Lethek noodles was dissolved into a physiological solution and continued with dilution up to 106, and 1 ml of sample was placed in a sterile petri dish then plated with RTU media (35oC) and incubated at 37oC for 24 hours. The results showed that microbial contamination in dried Lethek noodles was less than 105 cfu/g. Contamination of enteric bacteria was less than 102 cfu/10g. Indonesian standart (SNI) of dried noodles was 106 cfu/g for total of microbial and 10 cfu/g for enteric bacteria (E. coli). Although Lethek quality is still in SNI quality standards, but need efforts to improve the process like advanced technology of the machinery processing.

Abstract
Oligosaccharides are a group of sugar polymers with degree of polymerisation of 2 to 10 monosaccharides linked by glycosidic bonds. Oligosaccharides are grouped according to their monomer components and linkages; fructooligosaccharides, maltooligosaccharides, xylooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides and etc. Plant oligosaccharides are found naturally in some fruits and vegetables but certain oligosaccharides such as xylooligosaccharides can be industrially manufactured from agricultural byproducts. Oligosaccharides that cannot be digested by human digestive system but selectively fermented in the colon had been proven to be a prebiotic ingredient. The addition of prebiotic oligosaccharides to food enhances functional properties beneficial for the body including bowel function, calcium absorption and lipid metabolism, prevention of dental caries, protection against cardiovascular disease and decrease in the risk of colon cancer due to the formation of short-chain fatty acids. The global xylooligosaccharides market is valued at 88.09 million USD in 2016 and is expected to reach 119.62 million USD by the end of 2022. Due to global demand of xylooligosaccharides and availability of agricultural byproducts from oil palm plantation and palm oil industry, Malaysia and Indonesia should play important role as manufacturers of xylooligosaccharides.

Abstract
Anemia becomes an unsolved nutritional problem, the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls increased continuously. Anemia in adolescents at 2018 reached 48.9%. The high prevalence of anemia is caused by: chronic blood loss, insufficient iron intake, inadequate absorption, consumed some drugs that inhibit iron absorption, increased need for iron. There have been many studies on processed food products and drinks made from fruits and vegetables, one of become a trend since 2009 is dragon fruit (hylocereus polyrhizus). In addition to dragon fruit, Moringa leaves one vegetable has a fairly complex nutritional content, one of is iron. Although there are many formulas of dragon fruit, but the study of fortification of dragon fruit with moringa leaves has never been done. The addition of moringa leaves extract will affect the aroma, taste, color, texture, so it is necessary to find the appropriate composition of dragon fruit skimmed addition and moringa leaves extract. So organoleptic testing will determine the acceptance of dragon fruit and moringa leaves fortification products. Organoleptic test using completely randomized design (CRD), with a total of 4 treatments. Data analyzed non-parametric using Kruskall Wallis and Mann Whitney tests with alpha 0.05. Results showed the fortification of 10% hylocereus polyrhizus and 5% Moringa leaves are the best and most preferred formula.

Abstract
There are many ways to improve the performance and productivity of broiler chickens In animal husbandry. One method that is often used is by giving antibiotics into feed or livestock rations. Antibiotics given to chickens aim to reduce harmful microorganisms in the digestive tract of chickens. The use of antibiotics in the long run if consumed continuously will cause residues in the consumers body and this is very dangerous for those who consume them. Antibiotics are used to improve meat and egg production. a combination of probiotics and prebiotics aims at nutritional therapy and maintaining digestive health, to increase the digestibility of foods that contain a lot of crude fiber, eliminate the smell of ammonia in feces, increase the immune system, help increase growth and productivity, compete against pathogenic bacteria that harm and improve quality feed by increasing protein levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the maintenance of broiler chickens using synbiotics. The study used broiler DOC with a total of 200 animals obtained from the Bandar Lampung which was maintained in two maintenance cages, each containing 100 chickens. The first partition without using Sinbiotik (control) and the second bulkhead using synbiotics mixed into drinking water. The results of the study showed that giving sinbotik had an impact especially on broiler performance with consumption of 1.522 g / head ration, Weight gain 1,152.1 g / head, FCR 1.32 and 0% mortality, and ration efficiency of 75%

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to determine the range of nutrient content of fishmeal circulating in Jember Regency, East Java, and making a calibration standard that can be used for quickly calculation using NIRS by R2 and RMSECV. This study used 11 fishmeal samples that were taken from around Puger, Jember and around Muncar, Banyuwangi. The parameters were physical analysis included organoleptic tests (color, odor, and texture), density determination without compacting, and chemical analysis of fishmeal samples. It was intended to compare the data from chemical analysis with the FT-NIRS method. The data of chemical analysis were used for calibration stage due to the chemical analysis had been carried out at the beginning before the NIRS analysis. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of observations indicated that the nutrient content of fishmeal had greatly variation. The CP content presented a quite high ranged between 26.61% to 64.30%. The results of the organoleptic test showed the color was yellowish brown, brown, slightly brown to dark brown. The flavor of fishmeal was generally standard, which was fishy. Some fishmeal samples were moist in texture, such as fishmeal sample from Jember A (22.03%) and Muncar Banyuwangi B (19.65%). The average of fishmeal density was 0.528 g/ml that ranged between 0.341-0.726 g/ml. The measurement of R2 and RMSECV calibration of fishmeal circulating in Jember using NIRS showed good results to predict CF, DM, and EE contents. However, the lower CP value was caused by the non-uniform particle size and the presence of other ingredients in the fishmeal with a sufficiently varied amount. The usage of NIRS technology was recommended for proximate analysis unless ash content due to the absence of spectrum absorption for minerals. The infrared on NIRS vibrates the functional group that was an organic component in the samples.

Abstract
Growing media is one of the important factors that determine the success of the acclimatization of plantlets from in vitro culture. Several media combinations were tried in this study with the aim of 1) Knowing the effect of media combinations on the success of plantlet acclimatization and seedling growth at the enlargement stage, 2) Getting the best media combination for the successful acclimation and enlargement of banana seedlings, and 3) Seeing the possible use of media husk in acclimatization and enlargement of banana seedlings as a result of tissue culture. The study was conducted at the Lampung State Polytechnic net home from May to August 2019. The research was carried out in a Randomized Block Design. Six media combinations were tried, namely: P1: Topsoil + Husk (1: 1); P2: Top Soil + husk (1: 2); P3: Topsoil + husk charcoal (1: 1); P4: Topsoil + Husk charcoal (1: 2); P5: Top Soil + compost (1: 1); P6: Topsoil + compost (1: 2). In acclimatization (planting until the plantlet is 4 weeks old) each treatment planted 30 plantlets, each with 5 replications, while on the enlargement of the seeds each treatment was tried with 15 replications. Observed variables included: Seed height, leaf width, number of leaves, and wet weight. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with the BNJ test at a 5% level. The results showed: 1) the combination treatment of media had no effect on the percentage of plantlets that grew, and the growth of the number of seedling leaves at the enlargement stage, but markedly affected the growth of seedling height, leaf width, and seedling wet weight, 2) the best combination of media for success plantlet acclimatization and seedling growth rate (seedling height and wet weight) at the enlargement stage are P5 media (Topsoil + 1: 1 compost), then followed by P6 media (Topsoil + Compost 1: 2), and 3). Use of husk media for additional acclimatization media, it can still be used with the success rate of plantlets still reaching 70%, but it is not good to be used at the stage of seedling enlargement until it is ready for planting into the field.

Abstract
Jember batik has its own characteristics than any other batik. The charm of Jember batik is its color harmony which differentiates Jember batik from the other batik. Consumer-s purchase decision in purchasing a product and the production result of a company are inseparable. Consumer-s purchase decision is the decision in purchasing the most desirable brand than any other available alternatives, however there are two factors between the purchase intention and purchase decision. The first factor is other person-s attitude and the second is situational factor. This study aims to determine the influence of batik pattern and quality on consumer preference to increase the purchase decision of Jember batik product. This study used the Chi Square analysis method. The result showed that the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) in the Pearson test of Chi Square was 0,001 and 0,000. Those were less than 0,05 which means batik pattern and quality influence the consumer-s preference and are able to increase the batik product purchase decision. It can be used as the basis to determine the strategy of Jember batik product development.

Abstract
The strategy selection of agroindustry development based on “tape” in Bondowoso Regency is a complex problem, this is caused by several alternative decisions that must be chosen, even though each alternative contains several criteria that must be assessed based on its priorities. This alternative selection is based on a SWOT analysis of agroindustry development basef on Tape in bondowoso regency. The development of agroindustry based on tape is faced with complex and uncertain situations, so that decision makers have difficulty in determining decisions. Decision makers usually use intuition and subjectivity only. Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) approach is one method that can answer this problem. This method can guide decision makers to make an assessment of each criterion and alternative. The criteria used in this study are (S) = Strengths, (W) = Weaknesses, (O) = Oppurtunities, (T) = Treats.

Abstract
Protein deficiency has a permanent and long-term effect, which is a decrease in intelligence, abnormal growth, and stunting. Maluku is the province with the lowest protein consumption in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of price, income, and demographic factors on animal protein food demand, using the Quadratic Almost Ideal Demand System approach. The research data used 2016 Susenas data of 4,811 households. The results showed that an increase in animal food prices by one percent decreased demand for eggs, chicken, beef, fish and milk, respectively, by 0.452%, 2,024%, 4,382%, 2,507%, and 0.969%. The most elastic beef was followed by chicken, fish, milk, and eggs with income elasticities of 3,928%, 2,278%, 1,752%, 1,456%, and 0.562%, respectively. All animal foods are luxury items, except eggs are normal goods. In urban areas, beef, fish and fresh milk are complementary, whereas in rural areas all animal foods are substitutes. To meet protein consumption, the Maluku government needs to maintain stable animal food prices
