Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet, the more users of internet are look for information or the equipment which they need through the site or e-commerce. The existence of online marketing services through internet that is easy and can be accessed anytime and anywhere to make a change in consumer behaviour in buying a product. Basically, consumers always want convenience if they want to buy a product. The enterpreneurs can increase the sales volume by implementing an advertising program that is the internet with online marketing. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the online marketing can influence purchase decisions of the internet users in buying a product. The method which is used in this research is multiple linear regression where data is processed by SPSS programs. The unit of analysis in this research is the Meffy Skincare consumers with 100 respondens in Bandung. The instrument is used in the form of structured questionnaires with likert scales. The results in research are expected to have a positive impact between e-marketing and product purchase decisions.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the performance of the forensic examiner in the Puslabfor Bareskrim Indonesia Police (POLRI) by looking at the factors of quality of human resources, motivation and leadership partially or simultaneously and the variables that have a large influence in this study. The methodology used in this study is multiple regression analysis and the sample used is 78 employees. The results of this study are variables of quality of human resources, motivation and leadership have an influence on the performance of forensic examiners Puslabfor Bareskrim POLRI is 96.4%.

Abstract
At present the development of information technology is very rapid and has an impact on the world of education in Indonesia The next generation of young nation in this case students must have motivation and interest are also interesting for be entrepreneur by using technological developments that have been many at this time. One of the governments efforts is to change the mindset of students and develop entrepreneur spirit from an early age by adding prakarya and entrepreneurship subjects to the high school curriculum The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of information technology on student learning practices in understanding the importance of entrepreneurship by applying social media. Online sales as a practical tool in prakarya and entrepreneurship subjects The results of this study will show how the role of information technology on entrepreneurship is developing and its impact on the interest of students in capturing entrepreneurial opportunities by using technology as a supporting tool. Abstract
This research aims to excavate the impact of market orientation and innovation capability to value creation in small and medium knitting industry (SMEs) located in Bandung, West Java Province. The descriptive and verification methods were used in this research while the data obtained from 281 respondents of entrepreneurs in Binong Jati Knitting Center (Sentra Rajut Binong Jati) in Bandung. The analysis tools used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the hypotheses was tested using LISREL 8.7 software. The result of this research indicated that both independent variables was having a positive annd significant impact on dependent variable partially and simultaneously. This research was expected to be a useful input for entrepreneurs in Sentra Rajut Binong Jati to increase their market orientation and strengthen their innovation capability to embedded superior value in their products.

Abstract
The competition in education is tight. Sustainability of private college in Indonesia depends on the number of students obtained. Unikom is one of private college offering several majors, one of them is Management Majors. Management Majors UNIKOM Bandung developed well in student increment for each period. What exactly the reason for people to choose studying for higher education. The background problem of this research is the competition condition between majors in a College.This condition impacts non-favorite majors having problem to select the students. This happens to Majors of Management UNIKOM Bandung. Every year the amount of the students who register is getting higher, especially an increase in the number of students occurred in the 2016/2017.The purpose of this research is to see the source communication, the attitude of class 2016/2017 in deciding to study at Majors of Management UNIKOM Bandung. This research aims to determine the source communication,. This research uses explanatory survey method The respondents in this research are sampling-s cluster by taking it gradually The data-s collection is done with observation, interview and questioner given to 80 respondents in each class. The analysis in this research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result shows that partially the source is described by the dimensions of the credibility of 43.68%, 42.81% of the attraction, and the force of 42.69%. From the values mentioned above credibility is the most dominant indicator in explaining the source /communicators, while power indicator is the least dominant, but the difference when compared to the attractiveness indicator is relatively small by only 0.12. In general it can be said that the difference of the three indicators, credibility, attractiveness, and power is not too big in making decision. The attitude variable will decide itself by giving contribution, such as affection indicator

Abstract
This study aims to determine the visual meaning of KangPisMan mascot. KangPisMan mascot was raised to support the KangPisMan movement as a Bandung City Government program to reduce, reuse and recycle trash. The visual meaning of KangPisMan mascot can be known using Roland Barthess semiotic method. This method describes the denotation, connotation and myth aspects found in the visual elements of KangPisMan mascot. The results of the study show denotative meaning that appears in the form of visual objects, colors, clothing, expressions and gestures of KangPisMan mascot. The connotative meaning of the KangPisman mascot is to convey the value of delay that arises from the visual sign relation. This delay value is combined with the symbolic concept of the KangPisman movement in the form of KangPisMans finger gestures. The myth that comes from the mascot of KangPisMan is about the friendliness and concern of the Sundanese people for the environment.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how much audit experience influences the timeliness in completing audits that has implications for Auditor Performance, the respondents in this study are 30 Senior Auditors in Bandung Region. The study results are Audit Experience has an influence on Timeliness in completing audits that has implications for auditor performance. It means that the more auditors have experience in conducting audits, the more timely auditing will be that can influence auditor performance, experience is not only absolutely needed by auditors in public accounting firms, but by all other fields of auditors such as government auditors.

Abstract
There is a problem of tax violation or non-compliance of taxpayers that occur every year in Indonesia. It is very vital for the Directorate General of Taxes to endeavor more intensive ways in which to strengthen the policy countermeasures to combat this problem. From various scholarly studies concerning this matter, even though the Tax Law Enforcement enforcing the tax auditing process have been made one of the important taxation policies to test the obedience of taxpayers, it-s crucial for the Directorate General of Taxes of Indonesia to design a tax auditing system that-s far more effective, procedures that are more efficient; supported by a control system of great quality. The use of information systems of tax auditing that-s optimal is able to reach the goal of a tax auditor, which is that the post-audited taxpayers are more compliant. The goal of this research is to test the relevance of acquisition capability findings of taxpayer violations by a tax auditor by using tax information system that-s effective, which is affected by the level of competence of tax auditors themself. Research using the quantitative method uses data from a questionnaire that-s answered by 88 respondents (tax auditors) in a “Kantor Pelayanan Pajak” (Office of Tax Services) in the location of West Java of Indonesia; on the month of November 2018. The results show that by using a tax information system that-s effective, it can increase the capability of tax auditors to thoroughly find tax violations of certain taxpayers; making considerate contribution to the quality boost of tax audits. The frequent change in dynamics of tax rules and an information system that-s lacking in effectiveness can oftentimes inhibit the effectivity of a tax audit.

Abstract
This Purpose to determine the use of social media Instagram @ injo.id account in the spread of Islamic Dawah Messages seen from the use of Caption, Hastag, Mentions, Likes and Comments. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive studies. The informant selection process uses purposive sampling technique. In addition, data collection techniques with literature study (literature study, internet searching) and field studies (in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation). Data analysis techniques for data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Result of research obtained that the use of social media Instagram account @ injo.id which was formed in 2015. The use of messages or captions is a feature to write a description of the uploaded content to strengthen the character or message to be conveyed to the content. The use of Hastag, all the content in the @ injo.id account, researchers see that there is a hastag that makes it categorize content. Use of Like, this feature will be in every content uploaded by its use. Love or like is the language owned by Instagram. Use of Comments, Interactions in Istagram @ injo.id account in the comments column. In that column there is no limited number of users or users who comment. Use of Mentions, Mentions or also called Arroba, is a feature that users can offend other users by adding an arroba sign (@) and entering the Instagram account. The conclusion of the use of Instagram social media @ injo.id account in spreading the message of Islamic dawah is to use internet media as a form of community. Advice for @ injo.id accounts are to increase knowledge and inspire the general public by adding content from various religious sources in Indonesia. That way the existence of the @ injo.id account will also increase.

Abstract
In todays digital economy, an innovative payment solution is needed. OVO is a smart application that provides convenience in transactions and payments for all needs. OVO is a digital payment tool that works with various merchants in Indonesia. The OVO application can not only be used to pay for purchases at merchants but can also be used to pay for several monthly billing products. The ease of payment of various needs in one application is the main attraction of OVO for its users. The goal of this research is to study user interface design on mobile payment application that affect the intention to use in online or offline transactions. The research method uses design analysis on the appearance of the application that has a function, ease of use, user trust, and design aspects in its presentation. There are three methods used in this study, data collection, analysis, and testing to see opportunities for the implementation of e-payment as a payments tool. The results shows that OVO is one of the mobile payment applications that has usefulness, ease of use, trustworthy and attractive designs.

Abstract
The tent stalls are one of the small merchant businesses in Indonesia to survive the current economic hipness. Migrating to the city by opening a large roadside field is a traders strategy to get customers. In this research aims to discover the uniqueness of street vendors through visual analysis of visual identity as a symbolism of resistance to modern visual development. This research pays more attention to the visual side, especially in the banner of the tent stall typical of Lamongan, East Java. The method used in a qualitative descriptive that took 50 samples of tent stalls of visual form or morphology materialized. The results of this research indicate the power of visual identity with morphological forms that are depicted realistically in the banner of Lamongans tent stalls. The distinctive visual identity of each banner of the typical tent stall of Lamongan has existed since the beginning of the regional traders came to town. To date, it remains preserved and maintained as a form of identity as well as a form of resistance to modern commercial visuals. The results of this research became one of the sources of a study highlighting the distinctive vernacular of Lamongan to know the visual development of a country.

Abstract
This study aims to find the relationship between body shape and facial physiognomy in the visualization of the design of animated film characters. Characterization in animated films is inseparable from the position placed to fulfill the role in the film. In the creation of figures, body shape and physiognomy can be used as a design approach, especially figures who have passed visual modifications in the form of cartoons. Figures occupy roles, so character becomes an important element that is attached to lead to understanding the story. The method used is document analysis, in the form of character review based on facial physiognomy and body shape. The approach used was in the form of interdisciplinary, using a somatotype personal test, a combination of Ar-Razi and Ming Xiangs physiognomy, as well as a cartoon design. The result is a match between the character played with the two reference elements.

Abstract
Purpose of this research study was to find out and also reveal about how to use vlog as media self presentation beauty vloger Putri Melati in providing information, upbringing and influence on YouTube. Research of this research study uses qualitative methods with descriptive studies, where the informants involved in this research amounted to four people, the first informant was the beauty vlogger Putri Melati, second informant was vlog user and subsriber Putri Melati, Novrisa Yulinda Burhan, third informant Melani Dewi, fourth informant as a vlog user and subscriber beauty vlogger Putri Melani, Anisa Andriyani. Research Results of this research study are the presentations of Putri Melati in conveying information through video, giving effect to viewers who are initially not aware become aware and who are not interested become interested. And how Putri Melati providing an information is very easy to understand and easily applied in daily life. Conlusion of this research study is the use of vlog as media self presentation to convey an information, idea, message or influence. Suggestion of this research study is to continue to be creative and capable of being a positive influence for many people. Not only as self presentation, more than that the vlog can be optimized as a means of generating positive impact for the audience if the vlogger is well aware of the function and purpose of the vlog itself
