Abstract
This study aims to identify the existence of the phenomena of the Phillips Indonesia curve trade-off in the period 1970 - 2018 using the analytical approach modeling Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). With respect to secondary data for 49 years (quarterly data), namely the variable inflation rate, unemployment rate, potential output and output gap analyzed, it is found that the phenomena of the Phillips curve trade-off occurred in Indonesia, namely the existence and pattern of the curve showed a change in almost every time, in accordance with changes in economic structure, especially those caused by the economic crisis. Between the two observation periods, namely the period before the crisis and after the crisis, the format of expectation formation and Phillips curve were significantly different. Before-crisis the influence of output-gap on changes in the development of inflation variables tends to be moderate and the dominance of the expectation formation format is backward and forward looking relatively balanced, whereas after-crisis the effect of output-gap pressure on inflation development tends to increase and the dominance of the expectation formation format is forward looking.

The tendency of economic development in Asia which places more emphasis on investment in economic infrastructure compared to social and environment will have an influence on businesses operating. Meanwhile, the depletion of natural resources and high competition also triggered a lot of environmental innovation. All of this will raise the awareness of the city community to begin to improve the environment in which they live and together with the city government to create sustainability in the economic, social and environmental sectors. Some of the resources that have been successfully utilized by the city of Surabaya are characteristics of unique residential areas, public facilities for sharing knowledge, characteristics of citizens socio-cultural conditions, environmental awareness, economic empowerment, and simple technology developed. Abstract
The application of community-based management (CBM) in managing coastal tourism in Indonesia is still limited to providing short-term benefits, especially for local communities and does not guarantee the sustainability of resources at large. On the other hand, most CBM partnership in Indonesia are still limited to the relationship between the local government and local communities and there is no clear partnership scheme in involving the role of third parties and private sectors that can increase the benefits of implementing CBM. This study aims to review and evaluate CBM policies and implementation in the coastal tourism in Indonesia, identifies the effectiveness of CBM implementations, and suggest an optimal CBM partnership scheme in the coastal tourism in Indonesia. The data used are primary data through questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussion (FGD). Respondents in this study include members of hotel and restaurant association, CBM managers, local government, and businessmen in the coastal tourism area. This study uses investment attractiveness index to measure the effectiveness of CBM in each coastal tourism destination. The findings shows that the implementation of CBM in Indonesian coastal tourism mostly favored the local communities but draws little attention from bigger investment mainly because there is a lack of clear investment regulation set by local government in coastal area.

Abstract
One obstacle for mid-scale contractor companies in developing project work performance is the lack of standardized systems and procedures for monitoring the attendance of their workers. Besides that, the standard on work evaluation is not yet running in relation to the calculation of compensation. This can lead to the emergence of fraudulent practices due to the difficulty of supervision which will have an impact on the decline in the performance of project workers and company performance. This study discusses more deeply about the preparation of the model design procedures for attendance reports, work assessment and performance-based compensation to improve the performance of contractor company project workers. This study aims to look at the effect of the level of attendance, job evaluation and compensation systems on the performance of contractor company workers. The object used in this study is a construction company in Jakarta with respondents used as permanent and contract workers. Data was collected through interviews, questioners and FGD. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques to measure the extent of attendance, work assessment and compensation affecting the performance of contractor workers. The results showed that the level of attendance, performance appraisal and compensation affect the performance of workers. A high level of attendance will increase the quantity of work. A clear job assessment in accordance with specified work standards and the provision of compensation in accordance with performance will encourage improvement in employee performance.

Abstract
Abstract -The purpose of this study is to calculate the feasibility of investing in the financial aspects by using an Islamic perspective namely Hamdi-s Method. Hamdi-s Method uses the calculations of gold value method (GVM) and gold index (GI) which is a substitute for calculations in conventional concept, namely net present value (NPV) and profitability index(PI). The GVM method is a new method for calculating financial aspects in determining the feasibility of investing in an Islamic perspective. The calculation of the GVM and GI methods uses the gold standard based on the word of Allah ta-ala in the letter At Taubah verse 34. From the word of Allah ta-la this was developed by Ibnu Khaldun who stated that gold and silver are measure of value. In this paper try the case of opening a business an English course by using the Hamdi-s Method which then compares investment feasibility decisions using conventional method namely NPV and PI. The calculation results show that the business of English course is feasible using the Hamdi-s Method. The result is the same as using NPV and PI calculations. Thus calculating the feasibility of investing in the financial aspects by using an Islam perspective namely the Hamdi-s Method can be used as a new method in academic field.

Abstract
Government employees are the most corrupted people based on data the last ICW report; accordingly, every government institution needs to establish whistleblowing as an early warning system, for preventing and detecting violations of discipline, ethics, and fraud. Any sophisticated whistleblowing system will only succeed by employee support and participation. However, encouraging employees to become whistleblowers is challenging. The focus of this study is [1] to examine the relationship between individual perceptions of moral intensity of whistleblowing intentions that are mediated by ethical decision making [2] and to examine the relationship between professional commitment and anticipatory socialization of whistleblowing intentions. This research employed quantitive approach using survey method by questionnaires. Information were collected from 268 respondents obtained from 6 government offices, which served foreign taxpayer and analyzed using SEM PLS. The results show moral intensity related ethics, ethical decision making, namely the recognition and consideration of perceptions of ethical issues, ethical approval, and ethical intentions. The results also show the recognition and importance received from ethical issues and positive assessments related to whistleblowing intentions. Meanwhile, the factors of professional commitment and anticipatory socialization also produce a positive influence on whistleblowing intentions. We suggest the next researcher explore other whistleblowing intentions from external factors, design more specific research of whistleblowing and expand the sample. This result provides input to Government institutions in supporting whistleblowing policies and systems effectively, by understanding which factors have more influence on employees- commitment to take whistleblowing action.
