Abstract
Persons with disabilities are people who have limited activities like people in general due to physical disability or paralysis, especially for mobility although there are many tools specifically for people with disabilities, for example wheelchairs certainly these aids may not fully help for example for to travel quite far. This raises its own concerns for people with disabilities because they have limitations to do activities like other people. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a motor control system BLDC on electric motorbikes with disabilities. The BLDC motor used is type 350 Watt. The method used for motor speed regulation is PWM Six-Step Comutation. Arduino is used to implement the method. With the controller the BLDC motor speed can be easily regulated. For find out the performance of the controller carried out several tests namely measuring the voltage value and electric current at the three-phase input and output drivers and measuring the rotational speed of the rotor to variations in the percentage value of the duty cycle. The duty cycle value is varied every 5% so the data obtained is the value of rpm in the duty cycle range of 5% - 100%. The results obtained from the test show that at the 100% duty cycle the dc current value is 0.59 A and the engine speed is 299 RPM.

Abstract
The first step that is always passed by documents in natural language processing is preprocessing text. These steps are needed for transferring text from human language to machine-readable format for further processing. However, not many special applications have been found that function as text preprocessing. This has led to any research on natural language processing having to create its own program code for the preprocessing text phase. The main focus of this research is to create an integrated text preprocessing application that can be accessed by any researcher who needs it. Several issues discussed in this study include the design, implementation, testing and integration of each text preprocessing feature. Text preprocessing which is integrated in this research includes case folding, tokenizing, stop word removal and stemming. The tools used in this research are the NLTK library of python and Django framework.

Abstract
Coral reefs are typical ecosystems with underwater beauty. In addition to beauty, there is a function to reduce abrasion, marine biota residence and as well as educational facilities. The current state of coral reef ecosystems in Indonesia is quite alarming, the condition of coral reefs that are in very good condition is 6.39%, good condition is 23.40%, sufficient condition is 35.06% and bad condition is 35.15%. So there needs to be special handling to deal with these damage by using technological developments. Based on these conditions many researches emerged for observation and conservation. One of them is research on the development of conservation aids, the floating of these tools is accompanied by the development of increasingly natural ways of user interaction and tools. Natural interaction is characterized by interactions that transform human movements into direct digital action. Motion Tracking (MT) is one of the implementations of markerless/natural interaction, in which to identify projects is no longer based on certain symbols. MT reads body parts then converted into digital movements. This study aims to develop Real-Time Motion Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV) Controlling for Coral Reef Conservation and Fisheries using Fuzzy Algorithms. The tools produced by the study are controlled naturally, so it is expected to facilitate users in operating ASV. This tool is expected to facilitate monitoring and observation for the conservation of marine ecosystems (coral reefs and fisheries).

Abstract
Soybean is an important plant because of its role as a source of vegetable protein and as an industrial raw material. National soybean production is still low so that every year imports need to be large enough to meet national needs. National soybean production in 2014 amounted to 892.60 thousand tons while soybean production in Java reached 566.30 thousand tons whereas 329,461 tons/year came from East Java or 42.43% with productivity ranging from 1.3-1.5 tons/hectare. National soybean productivity has only reached 1.2 tons per hectare to date. National soybean needs to reach 2.4 million tons each year while farmers- production is about 850 thousand tons or about 65% of the needs. As the result, the remaining 1.55 million tons is imported from America. Candidates for new superior varieties, which are G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, G-5, UNEJ-1 and UNEJ-2 have a potential yield of 2.5 tons/hectare and are of early maturity (pod mature age at 73-76 days) and have resistance to the main disease of soybeans, leaf rust. It is expected that these lines can have a stake in achieving sustainable food security. The study was conducted in April to November 2018 in five soybean production centrals in East Java, namely the experimental plant Research Institute for Beans and Tubers (BALITKABI) in Genteng-Banyuwangi, Muneng-Probolinggo, Ngale-Ngawi, Kendalpayak-Malang, as well as Experimental Garden of Jember State Polytechnic. The experimental design used for each location was randomized block design with ten treatments (genotypes) and three replications. The size of each plot (unit) of the experiment was 2.8 m x 4.5 m or around 12.6 m2 (used by the National Soybean Consortium). The distance between rows was 40 cm and inside the rows was 15 cm. Each hole was filled with three seeds, and after growing, two healthy plants were remained. To find out the interaction between the genotypes and the environment, analysis with a randomized group design was used. Next, the stability was analysis by the Eberhart and Russel method. The result of stability analysis showed that genotypes G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, G-5, and UNEJ-1 were stabile in five locations, whereas UNEJ-2, Malabar and Ringgit turned out to be unstable.

Abstract
Melon is one of high demands fruit in Indonesia, but the research about the fruit coating to fresh melon is still rare. This research is about application of fruit coating (chitosan) in different harvesting times to keep the quality and shelf-life of melon in room storage. The study was aimed to study the effect of chitosan and harvesting time on fruit quality and shelf-life melon in normal room storage. The research was conducted using a completely randomized design in two factors. The first consisted of 2 treatments; without coating (control) and with the coating (chitosan). The second consisted of 3 treatments of harvesting time; 60, 65, and 70 days after planting. Each treatment is repeated 4 times. The data is then analyzed in variance with F-test, then proceeded with the separation of the middle value with LSD at the 5% level. The results showed that fruits shelf-life can be extended until 20 days storage based on visual observation, but for fruits that were applied chitosan and harvested on 60 and 70 days can be extended 10 days and 15 days only. Application of chitosan didn-t significantly affect the quality of the melon such as on weight loss, soluble solids, and level of preferences (color, sweetness, texture, and aroma), but as additional information the level of preferences test showed that fruits applied with chitosan which were harvested on 65 and 70 days after planting experienced off-flavor on the 5th days of storage.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the appearance of fat-tailed sheep production by providing rations containing protected and unprotected soybean groats. Protection against soybeans groats using 37% formaldehyde solutions as much as 1% of the dry matter of soybeans groats. The use of protection and unprotected soybeans as much as 15% in rations is given for 30 days before and 70 days after birth. The research treatments were P1 = 25% soybean groats protected and 75% soybean groats unprotected, P2 = 50% soybean groats protected and 50% soybean groats unprotected, and P3 = 75% soybean groats protected and 25% soybean groats unprotected. The research variables include initial weight, weight gain, weight gain, feed intake, and feed efficiency of fat-tailed sheep ewe and birth weight of fat-tailed lamb. The results showed that the difference in the ratio of soybean groats protected and unprotected had a significant effect (P> 0.05) on the feed efficiency of the fat-tailed sheep feed and lambs birth weight and did not affect the performance variables of other production (P <0.05). From the results of the average difference test, it appears that the analysis of variance shows that the highest feed efficiency and birth weight results from the use of rations containing soybean protection and without protection with a ratio of 75%: 25%. The conclusion of the study was the use of rations containing 75% protection of soybeans groats and 25% without protection increased feed efficiency rations in fat-tailed sheep for 70 days after birth and increased the birth weight of their offspring.

Abstract
In Indonesia, plastic waste has become an important problem at this time, because it causes environmental pollution problems. With this, further action is needed regarding the treatment of waste utilization, one of which is by converting waste into liquid fuel. Some types of rubbish that we often encounter are plastic bottles such as plastic cups, plastic bottle caps, childrens toys and margarines and others, which is one of the types of PP (polypropylene) waste. The development of current plastic waste treatment technology is to convert plastic waste into fuel oil by utilizing plastic waste to be processed as plastic fuels such as premium fuel, diesel and kerosene. Polypropylene type plastic is the type of plastic that is most widely used in daily life because it has good mechanical properties with low density, heat and moisture resistance, and has good dimensional stability. Some of the technology used to convert plastic waste, among others, by using the method of high temperature named Thermal Cracking, namely heating polymer or plastic material without oxygen, this process is usually carried out at temperature. This process includes the pyrolysis process ,. The results of the thermal cracking process will produce fuel oil by condensation with the cooling process, when the pipe releases steam that occurs in a heated pressure vessel, thus producing steam that is condensed using water until it changes shape to become liquid. One of the results of the pyrolysis process is Polypropylene Plastic is a fuel that is equivalent to fossil fuels. In this study, researchers analyzed the octane number of Polypropylene liquid fuel that was heated and the Distillation process with a temperature variation of 80 Celcius degree, 100 Celcius degree, and 120 Celcius degree produced Polypropylene fuel equivalent to a standard fuel with an octane number of 93.8. So that this fuel can be used on vehicles .

Abstract
The Central Statistics Agency (BPS-Indonesia) reports that agricultural land area continues to decline. Their notes in 2018, the land area of 7.1 million hectares, down compared to 2017 which is still 7.75 million hectares. The land area figure was obtained by the Area Sample Framework (KSA) methodology using data from satellite images of the National Aeronautics and Space Institute (LAPAN) and Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). The decrease in the land area was triggered by the incessant conversion of agricultural land. To overcome the decline in the area of agricultural land, many agricultural innovations were carried out on limited land, including farming systems on the roof, greenhouses and/or hydroponics. With the high rate of urbanization, the agricultural system on limited land is one of the solutions that is much favored by urban residents. In this study, a precision farming system was created using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology based on microcontroller. CNC is a machine tool automation system that is operated by randomly programmed commands and stored in storage media. By using CNC technology, it allows the machine to follow the coordinate points that are entered into the system accurately. The accuracy of the machine motion can reach 1mm. The system is made, similar to the control system on a 3D Printer machine with a wider work area. Work area in the form of a box with a size of 1mx1.5m with planting media in the form of burning husk. The machine that was made was given the name "Farming-BOT", short for the robot for farming. With Farming-Bot technology, the process of planting seeds, watering, applying fertilizer, and monitoring the condition of the land can be done automatically 24/7.
