Abstract
Soil is the material on which the structure built.. Soil conditions on the site greatly affect the type of foundation used. Clay is a bad type of soil if it has poor soil properties such as high plasticity, low shear strength, high swelling, and large shrinkage potential. Soil stabilization is an effort to improve the quality of the soil by using certain materials to increase soil strength. Soil improvement by using mixture materials are mostly done to stabilize the soil. The mixing material used is Lapindo mud. A number of soil improvement techniques are offered to overcome problems in soft soil. The selection of soil improvement techniques is generally based on the formation of soil geology, soil characteristics, and costs. The stabilization used is emulsion asphalt which is locked of 8% and Lapindo mud variation of 3%, 6%, 9% and 12%. The results of physical and mechanical properties on soil material with stabilization of Lapindo mud and emulsion asphalt were obtained that the specific gravity increased by about 68%, with the density value of 16% and the dry weight content of 6%. In the compressive strength testing, the more Lapindo mud mixture, the less compressive strength (qu) value.

Abstract
Abstract. A small size reactor called Reaktor Daya Eksperimen (RDE) is being designed by BATAN. The nuclear reactor with the power of 10 MWt based on the High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor (HTGR) type. The helium gas with high temperature is used to remove the heat generated from the reactor core. Therefore, the helium gas as primary cooling system of reactor is high temperature. The typical of reactor cooling system is that the primary coolant system pressure should be lower than the secondary coolant pressure. In order to load a nuclear fuel pebble into the reactor core, a fuel handling system (FHS) is applied. In the FHS, a carrier gas of pneumatic system is important to blow the fuel pebbles. The objective of the research is to calculate the thermal design of cooler heat exchanger in which the high temperature of helium gas as carrier gas is reduced to be lower temperature. In this case, a cooler is used to cool the helium gas by coolant water. Based on the specification data requirement to calculate the thermal design of cooler, the ChemCAD.6.1.4 software was performed. A shell-tube type of heat exchanger has been determined to reduce the temperature of helium gas from 250oC to be less than 60oC at pressure of 30 bars. The water as a coolant is passed into the shell-side at temperature of 28oC. In the design calculation, it has carried out through a various consideration on aspects of safety as well as optimization. The result of thermal design are as follows: the heat exchanger of shell-tube type using fixed tube sheet with heat duty of 0.3122 MJ/s, the coolant water mass flow rate is 3.55 kg/s, surface area for heat transfer is 51.4471 m2 and Log Mean Temperature Difference (LMTD) is 81.53oC. Furthermore, the design result requirement of heat exchanger based on the specification, design tolerance and manufacture in appropriate with the TEMA standard of shell-tube type. The thermal design of cooler in the carrier gas of pneumatic system is expected to provide the design of FHS.

Abstract
E-catalog is a marketing media that aims to make it easier for consumers to get information about a product, including the type of product, the shape of the product even the price of the product. One of the official motor dealer in Indonesia has a Spare Parts e-catalog. Unfortunately, this application still has problems with the user interface, so it makes the user hard to get the information they need. This also strengthened by the low usability test results using the USE Questionnaire. The observation also showed that the image of the spare part is unclear so that makes it difficult for users to get the information and imagine the original shape of the spare part. The low usability results also indicate that this application is still difficult to use, difficult to learn and unsatisfactory for consumers. Based on those problems, a redesign of the user interface is required to assist users in obtaining the required spare part information. Appropriate technology for visualizing spare part images in more detail is Augmented Reality (AR). The re-designed user interface has built using The Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method for accommodate on achieving the goals of the user and the dealer. The prototype then evaluated by USE Questionnaire, and the usability value increased to 84%. This result indicate that the re-designed user interface of the application can facilitate the user in finding the information needed with easier way and satisfying.

Abstract
Situgede Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency is one of the villages in Garut West Java that has the advantage of having the potential to produce crops, especially dry corn. However, the authors observations state that there has been no processing of dried corn kernels, especially for poultry feed, which incidentally is abundant in the Situgede Village and surrounding areas. The authors observations also state that ungags in the Situgede Village and surrounding areas received feed supplies from outside the region, for example from East Java and Central Java. This was felt to be ineffective given the potential for abundant sources of feed ingredients in the area, namely corn kernels. Therefore, through the tasks of the Analysis and Design Course, the author designed and built a Corn Seed Crusher Machine to meet the needs of poultry feed in the area and its surroundings independently. By collaborating with the Koperasi Unit Desa Situgede Village as a vendor for writers, it is hoped that this goal can be achieved. The method used is the observation of the area around the Situgede Village and its surroundings, interviews with several related figures, study of literature with several sources such as books and journals, and analysis and design to design machines according to needs. With the results of the design of the machine made by the author obtained Corn Seed Crusher Machine with a capacity specification of 10 kg / hour.

This area is rich in mining natural resources, especially the C-quarry mine. Even though various regulations regarding mining land exploitation are available, in reality there have been many neglections of these lands after mining. However, it is different from what happened in the village of Cibeureum, the land at the foot of Mount Tampomas, in which there are deposits of sand and rock mining, post-mining can still be used for agricultural activities by the land reclamation method conducted by the local community. This paper will describe how local communities have a concern in utilizing post-mining land through the reclamation method? What factors drive local people to want to use post-mining land? The analysis was carried out through participatory observation methods, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results showed that the main thing underlying it was the existence of a collective awareness of the community to be able to live as a form of pious charity because of Allah SWT.

Abstract
Abstract : In todays digital era two dominant paradigms running in parallel were first developed in Germany and Japan, namely the industrial 4.0 and the community paradigm 5.0. These two paradigms will provide significant multiple effects on the education system, both content, methodology and learning models. The main problem that will occur is a shift in values, models and technological procedures that occur in extreme and fundamental ways. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 developed a model of an internet-based system (IoT) with various infrastructure approaches, both hardware, and software. Japan addressed the high-level application of revolution 4.0 by developing a community model system 5.0 (Society 5.0). This model gave up most of the management of the system in artificial intelligence autonomously in carrying out executions of various life issues extensively. This condition certainly brings new wisdom to the process of cultural transformation of interfaces between humans and intelligent machines. Technology and vocational education will come into direct contact with these two significant paradigms related to substance, application, and cultural concepts. In this context, especially vocational technology education teachers who play an important role in forming and producing competent graduates need to understand and master the concepts of industrial 4.0 and the phenomenon of society 5.0. Therefore the purpose of writing this article will be to map comprehensively the perceptions of vocational teachers towards the implementation of the industrial era 4.0 and society 5.0 and its output will produce a qualitative model of vocational teacher perceptions. Abstract
A specially designed low speed generator has been developed in order to be used on low speed turbines. The axial flux permanent magnet (AFPM) generator type was chosen to meet these needs. The generator consists of a stator and a rotor. To determine the characteristics of the AFPM generator, we conducted a study of the effect of the distance between the stator and rotor, and the effect of rotational speed on the output voltage. The stator armature was made of copper wire with a diameter of 0.2 mm. The number of turns of a winding was 200 turns which produced a resistance of 100 ohms. The shape of the armature was adjusted to the shape of the magnet. The rotor disc was occupied by 18 magnets arranged symmetrically. The size of the magnet was 50 mm long, 30 mm wide and 10 mm thick. The laboratory test was conducted by placing the rotor ranging from 23 mm to 15 mm, with changes in distance of 2 mm each, from the stator. From the measurement, the linear equation of output voltage vs rpm curve was obtained as well as the output vs stator-rotor equation. From the result, it can be seen that increase of rpm and the closer the rotor-stator distance, the higher the output voltage.

Abstract
Final Project Electrical Engineering Students at Bandung of State Polytechnic is a compulsory subject of 6 credits. It consists of the student undertaking an autonomous project under the direction of an advisor, the completion of which is intended to help the students implement the skills that they have gained during their studies and ensure that they acquire the relevant competences associated with their degree. To manage this activities is complex and time consuming for students, advisors, and committee. The final project process starts from proposed final project students, evaluation them, advising, reporting, and examination. To manage it, web based application that nowadays is very popular is applied. So, this paper presents the Final Project Student MIS Application web platform designed for Electrical Engineering Department students and their lecturer. The system is called SePaKaT TA (Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan Terpadu Tugas Akhir). The process of implementation of the system is based on the Waterfall Method that is a breakdown of project activities into linear sequential phases, where each phase depends on the deliverables of the previous one and corresponds to a specialization of tasks. The approach is typical for certain areas of engineering design. The Final Project Student MIS Application is a best solution because it-s support on time correctly without delays and informing online all students. In addition, the system provides with Decision Support System (DSS) to decide students eligible for examination based on requirements. Other advantages of the system is less paper usage and less people to manage

Abstract
The point on the psychrometric chart shows 7 properties of certain air conditions. If two properties are known then 5 other properties can be calculated. Air treatment will change properties of air conditions. Changes in air condition can be determined by measuring each air condition and plotted on a psychrometric chart. One of the uses of psychrometric analysis is to determine the amount of cooling capacity used in air conditioning systems. To show the condition of the air at any time needed a system that is integrated between the data acquisition device and data display. This research designs and develops applications that are ready to display data and air psychrometric charts that can later be integrated with hardware equipped with sensors through an interface. Psychrometric applications are designed using the JavaScript programming language, so they can be opened using any web browser. Psychrometric charts are drawn using iteration calculation methods. The appearance of the air psychrometric chart is in the form of air processing points, namely outside air (OA), air mixing (EA) and indoor air condition (RA) and other air processing lines.
