Abstract
One of the bigest problems cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta is still cannot be solve properly the problem of urban waste. The amount of municipal solid waste of jakarta based on data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in the 2017-2018 period is 6234.44 tons / day with 1.85 tons / day sourced from the city of East Jakarta. East Jakarta with its main market namely Kramat Jati market has a fairly complicated municipal waste problem, this has an impact on the amount of waste around the wholesale market, one of which is the village of kampung tengah. Kampung Tengah has a quite serious waste problem because the waste is not only produced from household waste, but from onion peeler craftsmen who later the onions are sold to the Kramat Jati market. To overcome these problems, one of the solution is by empowering the community in managing household waste. Therefor, Kampung Tengah communities are given knowledge about waste management through training. The training conducted is about how to use methods that are easy to apply and effective in reducing the amount of waste generation, namely the Takakura method. Participants given the training were focused on RW.10 with 25 participants. The result of the training is that the community has been able to apply the Takakura method to make compost from household waste.

Abstract
The development of information and communication technology has brought a change in social life. That phenomenon also has an impact on the changes in the management strategies of the existing community media. The visible development of information and communication technology is also the development of the use of digital technology. Human innovation is currently focusing on electronic media which has been developed in the current digital age. The digital age is an era that leads humans to move from the use of analog technology in digital technology which is currently also rapidly growing with the convergence of Internet. During this period, conventional media or the traditional media acts as mass media delivered electronically. Local culture that has certain characteristics can be a product that has additional high value when it is adjusted to media development. Some efforts can be made to make community media as a mean to market local culture throughout the world. Those efforts can be made by incorporating local culture into the content of digital-based community media. Those efforts have been practiced by the cultural community: Paguyuban Kridho Laras Karawitan and Paguyuban Karawitan Renggo Budoyo in Klaten. They used Internet technology with Facebook and YouTube as the platform.

Abstract
The results of a survey that has been released by UNESCO in 2017, Indonesia occupies the 60th position from 61 countries in terms of reading interest. These results are in line with the results of the preliminary survey that has been conducted by a community dedication team within the District of South Meruya. The results of the preliminary survey show that the reading interest in this area has been very low as having been indicated by the number of the books that the people in South Meruya have read. Such low reading interest might bring about negative impact whereas in the digital era information might be accessed easily from numerous media including the social one. As a result, information that have been retrieved might not be filtered and thus the information might be skewed; in turn, misreading on the information might lead to provocation and even chaos. Therefore, a community service in the domain of reading activities within the District of Meruya Selatan is held in order to forge the literacy within the area. With regards to the objective, through the study the researchers would like to design a reading corner with the objective of providing access to the interesting yet useful reading materials for the community. By doing so, it is expected the reading interest and the knowledge of the community in the District of South Meruya might be improved so that a community with high-quality life might be created.

Abstract
Noodle Crackers (Ranggining) is one of the foods that are typical souvenirs from the city of Sukabumi which is still very traditionally produced by several mothers in Wangunreja Village, Nyalindung District, Sukabumi Regency. These crackers are only sold when there is demand coming in, they never market the noodle crackers to a souvenir shop because of the very low production capacity. The process of printing crackers is also done by a very heavy force, so the craftsman must use the foot as a pedestal to press the dough. The purpose of this community service activity is to produce a noodle cracker mould that can help simplify the process of printing noodle crackers. From this design activity, a cracker printer has been produced. From the results of the implementation of printing time for a tube volume of 839 cm3 or 0.839 litres carried out with 32 seconds while the previous pressing process with the same amount of dough takes 92 seconds. This means that using a new printer can increase efficiency by 60 seconds or 65.22%.

Abstract
Jewellery craft is a business with promising opportunity since nowadays numerous materials might be processed into wonderful jewellery as long as the aspects of aesthetic in the jewellery draw the interest of the potential customers and possess the values of beauty and uniqueness. Therefore, rather than being a part of individual collection, jewellery offers good business potentials. In relation to the statement, simple material design in the form of wood waste in combination with resin starts to be an excellent alternative both in the domestic and in the foreign market. In the same time, many designers and also businessmen start to pay attention to market potentials of the products that have been the combination of the two materials. Based on the consideration toward the simple design yet special skills and high level of creativity, the combination of wood waste and resin should be introduced to the public, especially to the students or the teenagers, so that the spirit of creativity altogether with the business potentials might be a role model of entrepreneurship in the future. For ensuring the achievement of this end, a training program in the form of practical materials for the designing process should be designed altogether with the creativity development and the marketing initiatives with low budget. Thereby, the participants of the training program might design jewellery with high sale value yet low budget. Departing from this elaboration, the researcher would like to implement such training program into the community directly. Through the implementation of such program, it is expected that the given community might develop their marketing potentials and business quality. Furthermore, through the implementation of such program, it is also expected that the young designers within the given community becomes well-trained to design the export-scale products to meet both the domestic market and the foreign market. The researcher believes that by introducing the design skills to the young generation, especially to the students, the business spirit and interest might be developed. Then, the training program of designing wood and resin-based jewellery offer good aspects in directing the active business potentials and the positive creativity within the community. One of the efforts that might be pursued in achieving this objective is introducing the design of such jewellery altogether with the practice of jewellery design in the senior and vocational high schools located throughout West Jakarta. As we know, global industry has experienced three revolutions. It began with the invention of the steam engine in the 1800s which encouraged mechanization in industry where human and animal power were replaced by engines. The second industrial revolution was marked by the invention of the power plant and combustion chamber. And the third industrial revolution occurred with the advent of digital technology and the internet. The fourth phase of the industrial revolution utilizes the digitalization and use of the internet that took place in the phase of the third revolution. The method of implementing activities in the form of knowledge transfer or capacity building of those who play a role in building an understanding of the industrial community 4.0 to be more monitored and measurable in optimizing sustainable dissemination, becomes important for further implementation. through the development of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to support the dissemination and internalization of understanding of the community-based industrial revolution, including the development of dissemination and measurement of its performance. Abstract
Abstract : The existence of open spaces in private urban villages in Jakarta is very rare. Occupancy at the center of the city causes people choose land for buildings rather than open space. Even though Jakarta has ranked in the top 5 countries with an upper threshold. Vertical garden was chosen as an alternative greening solution on limited open space. Vertical garden assistance and training is aimed at students from PGRI 15 High School located around the campus of Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. Students are introduced to the importance of greening for environmental health and are encouraged to be creative in creating vertical garden forms with a variety of ideas. The approach method used is tri-daya, i.e. i) social power, ii) environmental power, and iii) economic power. The concept of Social Power is to invite students to become individuals who are more concerned about the environment capable of providing solutions to the completion of greening in urban areas that are increasingly limited. The concept of Environmental Power aims to invite students to take part in a residential or school environment to implement a vertical garden and increase their creativity in developing various vertical garden designs. And the concept of Economic Power is the result of the production of making vertical gardens can be used for themselves or sold to the general public, which in turn can increase the economic value of the surrounding community.

Abstract
Abstract – Anggadita Village utilizes the potential of 5,500 m2 of land for fish enlargement and fishing activities. And there are still 5050 m2 of land that has not been utilized. This untapped land will be used to build waste sorting, processing and recycling facilities to make the Citarum River clean and maintained. The area of Anggadita Village is 2.94 Km. Based on situation analysis, efforts should be made to provide alternative solutions that can help clean the Citarum River, sector 18, from Walahar Village to the Emba Bridge Village House and specifically in Sukajaya Village by adding value to the treatment of sorted waste. In addition, activities are needed that can add enthusiasm and skills for all residents and cadres of the Waste Bank to process waste into valuable items, for compost and can also be used as a planting medium for hydroponic plants. Addressing problems that occur in the partner community as described, offers several methods of approach to help solve existing problems by conducting training and counseling methods to produce some economic value products.
