Abstract
The franchise business of minimarket is growing very rapidly in Indonesia. This business requires business stores to place merchandise. Generally, business stores for the minimarket use a shop or kiosk. The shop or kiosk needed can be obtained in several ways. Three of them are buying, renting, and buying with loan. The purpose of this study is o apply the NPV (Net Present Value) and APV (Adjusted Present Value) analysis to choose the business store for a minimarket franchise outlet. NPV and APV analysis are used to obtain the most favorable choice for business store of a minimarket. Based on the results of the analysis carried out on the data and assumptions obtained, it can be concluded that there is no choice between renting and buying with loan that is always superior to all conditions in providing business space. Many factors influence every decision, including the percentage of rental prices compared to the value of land and buildings, the growth of land price, and the amount of discount rates or the returns expected by the company.

Abstract
Building community engagement involving consumers, business actors, farmers and others stakeholders as part of marketing strategy for creating value co-creation has become a phenomenon for increasing sustainable consumption. In order to address the issue, this paper proposes a community-based action model for making value co-creation and for examining how far it affects behavioral aspects (intention and actual purchase). To measure and analyze the proposed model, organic food business mostly run by entrepreneurs (Small Medium Enterprise) is selected as a unit of analysis. Consumers of organic food tend to be influenced by subjective norms when buying products, including recommendation from other people. This paper aims at measuring the impact of four variables (community engagement, value co-creation, intention to repurchase and actual use) by selecting a specific sample which includes respondents who purchase and consume organic food. By using Partial Least Square to run data obtained from 165 respondents from various regions in Indonesia, it is found that customer engagement strongly influence value co-creation (0.601), and intention to repurchase organic food has an impact on actual use (0.866). It can be concluded that strengthening community engagement will increase purchasing intention, which then impacts on the actual purchase. Future research needs to consider two things: grouping organic food products specifically (vegetable, food, drink) and price factor that is still expensive.

Abstract
Poverty is one of the main problems in most developing countries including Indonesia. Indonesia has five large islands consisting of Sumatra, Java and Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua - Maluku - Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to analyze the determinants of poverty in villages by focusing on geography, education and health aspects. The analysis model used is modeling using the dynamic panel data regression method. The results of this study that urban villages have lower number of poor people than rural villages. In addition, villages with lowland topography have lower number of poor people. For distance variable, the farther away the villages from the regency/city capitals, the higher the number of poor people. In the education aspect, in villages with better education facilities, the number of poor people is generally lower. This also occurs for the health facilities and health workers variables. This shows that the characteristic of poverty determinant in several islands in Indonesia are heterogeneous. In conclusion, the determinant of poverty are geographical locations and the availability of education and health facilities.

Abstract
The role of MSMEs in developing countries such as Indonesia is vital. The large potential of small and medium micro businesses (MSMEs) is often constrained by capital problems to develop the business. The reason for the low capital distribution is because investors do not get adequate information related to the condition of MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of human resources and technology adoption of the quality of financial reporting of MSMEs in Bogor city. This study used a sample of 30 MSMEs in the city of Bogor. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research instrument test uses the validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression test that is preceded by a classic assumption test. Abstract
One of the main concerns of the company is the effort to achieve the desired level of profit. That goal can be achieved through good asset management. Good asset management reflects that the company is able to control its financial performance efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of asset management on financial performance. The approach taken to measure asset management is Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO), while financial performance is measured by profitability using Return on Assets (ROA). This research model looks simple and uses only one independent variable. The selection of the best model is done after testing several other variables, and the more relevant variable to explain the diversity of ROA dependent variables is FATO. This study uses panel data analysis, which consists of six companies in the period 2013-2017. Panel data analysis models include the Common Effect Model (CEM) Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effect Model (REM). With the Chow test and Hausman test, the best model is the Fixed Effect Model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the independent variable FATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA. This means that asset management is needed to improve the profitability of the company
