Abstract
STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) is currently being studied by experts and in Indonesia, STEAM for early childhood begins to be studied. STEAM makes it easy for children to carry out various scientific processes (Colker and Simon, 2014). For children, the scientific process is a natural process (DeJarnette, 2018) that can increase childrens learning involvement and encourage creative and innovative thinking (Robelen (2011). This study aims to: 1) analyze the content learning used in kindergarten based on the STEAM education, and 2) identifying learning activities through strategies used by kindergarten teachers based on STEAM learning. This descriptive study was conducted in Medan City involving 50 kindergarten teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire followed by focus group discussion (FGD). Data were analyzed by descriptive techniques and qualitative analysis, namely by linking data obtained from the FGD. The results of the analysis show that 1) the learning content used in kindergarten has not met the principles and characteristics of STEAM education because the material used is still separated, and 2) almost all the learning activities seen from the strategies used by kindergarten teachers are not yet in accordance with the principles and the characteristics of STEAM education. The results of this study need to be followed up to find out the factors that caused STEAM learning to be implemented in kindergarten.

Abstract
Abstract. The aims of this study were to find out the content, construct, and language feasibility of the two tiers multiple choice test that have been developed. The research has been conducted in May to June 2018. The trial test was carried out to the eleventh grade students of SMAN 15 Medan in Medan City, North Sumatera. This type of research is a Research and Development (R & D) referred to Borg & Gall model (1987). The data obtained was adjusted to the objectives and development models used so the type of data to be collected in this development is quantitative description data as the main data, collected through items or two tiers multiple choice instruments that students have answered using scoring guidelines from Bayrak (2013). The results showed that the validation of material/content feasibility indicators assessed by material/content validators indicated that the assessment score obtained was 10, the average score was is 3.33, with a very feasible category. The validation of construct feasibility indicators assessed by the construction validators indicated that the assessment score obtained was 33, the average score was 3.44, with a feasible category. The validation of language feasibility indicators assessed by language validators indicated that the assessment score obtained was 15, the average value was 3.75, with a very feasible category. Based on the average score of indicator assessed by the validator teams consisting of 3 indicators; material/content, construct and language feasibility obtained the average value of 4 with a very feasible category.

Abstract, This research is descriptive with the aim of developing project-based chemistry practicum guides and the characters of Redox and Electrochemical Reaction materials according to BSNP standards. The sample consisted of 2 lecturers and 2 chemistry teachers, 30 students experimental class and 30 students control class at the Medan 6th Senior High School, three practicum guides of Erlangga (A) publishers, Bumi Aksara (B), Duta Nusantara (C),. The study used the ADDIE method and the data was processed descriptively. Questionnaires distributed to the leacturer and teacher samples and found that content, language, presentation, and graphycs feasibility scores were 3.53., 3.46., 3.50., and 3.53 respectively, the average score was 3.32., which means that the practicum guide developed is very valid. Data analysis with ANOVA, obtained the average scores of student outcomes in experimen class was higher than control class or 81.5% > 73.8%. Then the average phsychomotor scores of experimen class was larger than control class or 84, 64 > 82.78. In addition, the affective scores of experimen class was larger than control class or 78.42 > 76.38. The hypothesis tested with one way ANOVA at the significant level of alpha = 0.05, and found that tcount> ttable, (4.536 > 1.697). Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes through audio-visual media. The method used is CAR (Classroom Action Research). CAR has two cycles, namely in the first cycle making action plans, carrying out actions, observations and reflections. The results of reflection are used as a basis for the planning phase of the second cycle if the first cycle is not successful. So in the second cycle gives more learning through Audio Visual Media and gives more direction to students where errors are often more guided while in class before going back to practice in the field. The research instrument uses a portfolio and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use percentages. The conclusion that through audio-visual media can improve rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes.

Abstract
This study aims to find the effect of ICT-based learning on English and to find out the percentage increase in English learning outcomes in PGSD students. This research method is quasi-experimental with pretest post-test control group design. Where sample of this research was taken by using cluster random sampling method. The research population is all PGSD students who enrolled in English courses consisting of nine classes, totaling 311 people. The research sample consisted of two classes, one class applying ICT-based learning and another class using conventional learning, each class has 38 students . The average pretest of the experimental class was 39.41 and the control class was 41.25. Based on the results of the t-test obtained the initial English ability of the two classes the same. The average posttest experimental class is 75.86 and the control class is 66.38. Based on the results of the t-test obtained English learning outcomes of the two classes are significantly different, in other words there is an influence of the application of ICT-based learning on English learning outcomes. Based on the normalized gain obtained an increase in the percentage of English learning outcomes for the experimental class by 60% and the control class by 43%, respectively in the medium category

Abstract
This research aims to determine the improvement of science process skills of students using the Scientific Inquiry model with algodoo media and adversity quotient. This type of research is quasi experimental research using two group pretest-posttest design. The population in the research was all students of class X Muhammadiyah 2 High School Medan. The sample in this research was taken by cluster random sampling technique, that is as much as 2 classes. X-MIA 1 class as an experimental class taught using the scientifiq inquiry model with algodoo media consisting of 35 students, X-MIA 2 class as a control class taught with conventional learning consisting of 34 students. The instrument of this research uses essay test of science process skills and adversity quotient with a list of questionnaire statements. Data were analyzed using two ways anava. The results showed that the improvement of science process skills of students taught using the scientific inquiry model with algodoo media was better than the science process skills of students with conventional learning, improved science process skills that had higher adversity quotient type climbers better than students who have a lower adversity quotient type of campers, there is an interaction between the scientific inquiry model and algodoo media and adversity quotient students in improving students science process skills.
