Abstract
National examination which called Ujian Nasional (UN) in Indonesia, is an activity of measuring and evaluating the achievement of national graduate competencies in certain subjects. Nevertheless, UN is always be a controversy because of many negative effects in multi-aspects, such as physical, moral, and psychological. The students are spending their time in study (try out, course) for preparing UN and it makes students lack of sleep, lack of exercise, and lack of appetite which makes them fatigue and easy to get sick. National examination is also increase cheating practice due to afraid of failing the examination and pressure from parents to get high score. Besides, UN can cause many negative effects on psychological, one of them is anxiety. The anxiety arises due to excessive subjects facing the students, and they feel fear that the result of the national examination is not satisfactory. Extreme anxiety can harm physically, cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally. However, the anxiety disorder can be treated using pharmacology and non-pharmacology treatments. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for the anxiety stays through a wudu intervention. Besides having the value of worship for the doors, the wudu has similar principle as hydrotherapy in overcoming the anxiety. This research aims to determine the effect of performing wudu in reducing the anxiety among high school students facing the National Examination. The study is a quasi-experimental using the pretest and posttest with control group research design. The subject was 70 respondents who selected through the simple random sampling technique. The instrument is S-AI (State-Anxiety Inventory). The data was analyzed its significance by using T-Test. The results of paired t-test analysis show the value of p= 0.000 (p <0.05) in the intervention group and p= 0.948 (p> 0.05) in the control group, which means that there are significant differences in the intervention group before and after performing wudu therapy. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is the effect of implementing wudu in reducing the anxiety in the high school students facing the National Examination.

The respondents of the study are Grade X students from six (6) schools within Iligan City - three of which are private, and the other three are public Institutions. The study utilizes a survey questionnaire which used a descriptive-survey design in gathering the data for the study and a two-stage cluster sampling method in choosing the respondents. With 60% correct answers in the cognitive domain, the results of the study show that on average, the respondents are affected of the issues and that they are knowledgeable with facts regarding STIs. The results also show that female respondents are more knowledgeable than male respondents. Twenty one prevent (21%) of the total female respondents get a mark of good Cognitive ability compared to 19% of the total male respondents. On average, majority of the respondents got correct on approximately 60% of the questions in the cognitive domain. Likewise, it has been found that majority of the respondents have no experience in any sexual contact. However five items which the respondents mark seldom show that they engage in sexually related acts six times a month at the most. The top opinions of the respondents on the prevalence of STIs are: The prevalence is due to unprotected sex practices; everyone must be more informed and aware of the current issue; and STIs are primarily contacted by having multiple sex partners. This program requires students to have an understanding of their own physical and emotional development during adolescence. Abstract
Neural tube defects are congenital deformities that involve the covering of the central nervous system that starts during embryonic development when the neural tube fails to close completely. One of the most common types of birth defects which revealed a multifactorial in origin with contributions from both genetic and environmental factors. The main objective is to determine respondents profile, knowledge level on nature, prevention, and management of neural tube defects and its relationship. The researchers used purposive sampling method, and descriptive correlational design to assess the level of knowledge of pregnant women regarding prevention of NTDs. The researcher constructed questionnaire and was used after being pilot tested to gather data to identified respondents. Using frequency counts, percentages, weighted arithmetic mean and ranking the results showed that most of the respondents have an average level of knowledge on its nature, prevention, and management of NTDs. However, majority of which belongs to younger age (0.06432), low educational level (0.25756) and no maternal history of NTDs (0.25792) than older individual. Therefore, the researchers ruminate that it is necessary to teach pregnant women about NTDs, especially the factors that contribute to its occurrence. Health teaching is recommended for older respondents and to those who have a maternal history of NTDs. All clients of interest must be educated, regardless of educational status, as the result have showed that even highly educated respondents have less knowledge of the aforesaid congenital anomaly. Distributions of magazines, brochures and pamphlets are vital instruments to enhance their knowledge and to orient them about preventive measures to preserve the life of the mother and the child.

Abstract
The outbreak of the bloodshed in Marawi City has displaced nearly 500,000 people. The survivors have sought shelter in evacuation centers in nearby municipalities in Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte including Iligan City. This war caused distress and may even increase for a period after the exposure to stressful to this event may continue for quite a few persons many years after. In this kind of conflict, people are the most vulnerable but are affecting children the most. Exposure to this conflict causes trauma to children which cannot be expressed verbally but through expression of nonverbal gestures and visual arts. And the best way to provide psychological support is through art-based intervention which is the goal of this study. The qualitative and quantitative data was gathered at Maria Cristina Evacuation Center in Iligan City. The stress level of the respondents shows that they have problem in their emotional aspect. The mean shows that they do not have difficulties in Pro social, hyperactivity, peer, and conduct problem. The mean (X=5.43) of art based intervention questionnaire shows that the respondents have positive feeling in the activity in which they are confident, playful, excited, and pleased in the activity. They were neutrally competent and they were not averse joining the activity. The t-test has shown that stress level and art based intervention have a significant relationship which means that there art based intervention reduces stress. Majority of the drawings are houses that signifies the aftermath of war- houses are being destroyed and ruined and as a result, they need a new house to live. The study recommends assessing the stress level before and after the activity. Future researchers as well as therapists may improve the study by providing therapeutic setting in doing this activity and adding more materials that will help the children express themselves even more.

Abstract
Despite the need to assess and treat issues related to patients sexual health, evidence indicates that healthcare professionals still have significant difficulties in doing so. This can have a negative impact on both, quality of care provided and health outcomes. The objective of this study is to identify the attitudes and beliefs of Primary Care Nurses (PCN) towards the management of issues related to patients sexual health. Cross-sectional descriptive methods were used. Data were collected between May 2017 and November 2018 using a self-made anonymous electronic questionnaire. Descriptive univariate and bivariate analysis was performed using Stata14 software. Normal distribution was confirmed using Shapiro Wilk test. T-test, ANOVA and Pearson tests were used for the bivariate analysis. 85 PCN completed the questionnaire (48.5% response rate). Participants were mostly women (84.7%), older than 40 years (mean 45.4; SD 9.2), and experienced (13.8 years; SD 8.0). PMC almost always felt comfortable talking about sex with patients (54.1%), especially with female patients (67.1%), and adolescents (47.1%). Most PCN stated they did not receive proper training at university in terms of sexual health (65.9%). Predominantly, PCN somewhat disagree or totally disagree that sexual health is a priority to discuss with patients (36.5%). PCN believe that always or almost always they do not have time to talk about sex (77.7%). No significant association was found in the bivariate analysis. PCN in Barcelona are keen to talk about sex, however, they believe it is difficult and not a priority. More research is needed to analyze the difficulties mentioned.

Abstract
Older adults living with HIV in Spain have suffered the impact of many risk factors. This study aims to describe the biopsychosocial characteristics of the first generation of people living with HIV who have grown old in Spain. A digital questionnaire of 68 items was distributed by a non-profit community organization (gTt-VIH). Those living with HIV, being over 45 years old, and having permanent residency in Spain were included. The questionnaire covered: demographics; health condition; economic situation; health and social care; welfare and future perspectives. A total of 408 people completed the questionnaire. Most of the participants identified themselves as men (77%). 52.6% of respondents defined themselves as gay men. Mean age was almost 53 years (range: 45-78 years). The most prevalent comorbidities were hypertension, elevated lipid levels, and bone and joint problems. Being diagnosed before 1997 was associated with a worse state of health and more comorbidities (p<0,0001). Having a low educational level was related to mobility problems (p=0.038), kidney problems (p=0.015), and depression (p=0.0001). Suffering shame or suffering discrimination were related to a worse state of health (p=0.014). The study has identified several risk factors of vulnerability in older people with HIV in Spain such as low income, comorbidities, loneliness, self-esteem problems and an absence of services that meet their specific needs.

Abstract
Breast Self-Examination or BSE is always thought to be done by most women only and even breast cancer is thought to be diagnosed only in women. However, men are also susceptible to breast cancer and also need to perform BSE. The increase of incidence of breast cancer and cancer deaths in the Philippines makes it an alarming concern and thus in need of an immediate intervention. Moreover, this study assessed the level of awareness on BSE and breast cancer, and its compliance to perform BSE. Stratified random sampling was used to gather a total of 300 respondents both male and female students of Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology. A modified questionnaire was used to assess the respondent awareness, and its compliance to perform BSE, a checklist was also given to find out if the respondent is doing BSE the right way. Statistical Analysis though frequency and percentage, showed results that seventy seven percent (77%) of the respondents have an average level of awareness regarding BSE and breast cancer. In addition to, Female respondents are more knowledgeable about breast self-examination and breast cancer. Furthermore, seventy four percent (74%) does not comply in performing BSE, female respondents reported that they do not know how to do it properly while the male respondents find it unnecessary to perform the procedure. Compliance rating is very low to those who are performing BSE, however this was done incorrectly. In line with these results, the need for adequate health education programs on breast cancer and the implementation of educational campaigns targeting schools and universities to demonstrate proper way to do BSE among men and women can greatly improve their level of awareness and compliance rating.

Abstract
Motherhood gives meaning to womens lives. Following the introduction of High Activity Antiretroviral Therapy, mother-to-child transmission has been reduced to less than 1%. However, decisions about childbearing are often complex. Generally, women living with HIV (WLHIV) do not feel supported by their healthcare providers and are pressured by family and communities to give up on the idea of having children. Therefore, there is a need to examine reproductive decision-making issues among WLHIV to empower them and develop safer and effective evidence-based care using a person-centered approach. This study aims to interpret the process of reproductive decision-making among WLHIV. A metasynthesis of qualitative evidence was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Four pairs of reviewers independently screened the studies meeting the inclusion criteria achieving a 95% of agreement. Research quality was assessed using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme. From 4168 articles identified, only 18 were finally included. Three major themes emerged from the data as factors that influence the complex process of reproductive decision-making in WLHIV: Shattered identity, Challenges, and Coping and Resilience. There is a need for an integrated care and a comprehensive multidisciplinary counselling approach. More training and resourdes are required in order to provide better person-centered and cultural competent care.

Abstract
The issue of death anxiety and fear of death is a great concern for health care providers due to the emotional and behavioural outcomes of the recipients of care. Theoretic and observed findings on the death concept have not been thoroughly examined in the nursing research especially towards the elderly point-of-view. This theory generation utilized the grounded theory methodology via inductive approach to theory development that would explain the death experience, consciousness and acceptance towards death in an individuals lifetime. Data were gathered from the older population using purposive sampling. Interviews were semi-structured and based on the death perception and experiences of the older participants. Both memo writing and comparative analysis was used during the course of the study and also aided by the method of open, axial and selective coding. In this study, theoretical categories were generated to derive the following propositions: Overcoming death experiences results to death acceptance; death consciousness influence death acceptance; death acceptance lead to the process of death preparation; and spirituality is an essential element of death experience, death consciousness, death acceptance and death preparation. The theory generated is that death acceptance is an accumulation of death experiences and ones spiritual beliefs which translate to death consciousness that results to the acceptance of ones mortality gearing towards death preparation.

Abstract
Objectives Structured Clinical Examination or OSCE is one method to assess the competency of nursing students especially in nursing skills assessment. This method is used broadly among Indonesian nursing institution as well as other health science institutions. One indicator of OSCE is achieve the minimum standard score as required and the most common strategy to score is using paper or paper based. The objective of this paper is to discuss the development of Online OSCE or ON OSCE application prototype for scoring OSCE. The ON OSCE was developed by using prototype model which consist of 3 phases: analysis, design, and implementation phases to develop online OSCE scoring system and implement it to the users to get evaluation and feedback. Before the ON OSCE can be implemented, the subject coordinator ensures the checklist that is used to measure the skill competency is valid, reliable, and integrate the additional values of institution. The fixed checklist is entered into the system by administrator. After the checklist is ready, the administrator inserts the list students who will be assessed. During the OSCE, the examiner observes the students and uses the tablets or PC to enter the score directly. While the examiner finished the scoring process, the result of the observed student will directly come out in the tablet or PC. The result for all of students can be downloaded and stored that can be used to score the overall student achievement in nursing skill practicum. The ONOSCE will be able to reduce the time to score, improve the accuracy and objectivity, reduce paper use, and improve the examiners and students satisfaction.
