Abstract
The power produced by solar panels is greatly influenced by its position towards sunlight. The more solar panels are perpendicular to the sunlight, the more power is produced. The aim of this research is creating a prototype of the solar panel position control system so that the position between the solar panels against the sun is always perpendicular. The solar panel position control system used in this study is based on image processing. In image processing, the webcam is used to take a shadow image of a bolt measuring 4 cm in diameter and 1 mm placed on a flat plane. Then, the image from the shadow of the bolt is processed to get the angle of view direction of the sun. Furthermore, the angle position is used as input for the solar panel drive motor. Thus, the position of the solar panel can adjust the direction of the incoming sunlight and its position becomes perpendicular to each other. From the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that the prototype can always follow the direction of incoming sunlight with an accuracy rate towards the center point is 95% for X-axis and 96% for Y-axis.

Abstract
Indonesia is still struggling to attract investors in developing the solar photovoltaic (PV) project. The government issued the first regulation on solar PV, announced in 2016. A revision on the local tariff regulation is conducted to reduce the rapid development of the solar PV investment. The major revision is made to change the contract scheme from a build-operate-own (BOO) to a build-operate-own-transfer (BOOT) scheme. This paper investigates how the new local tariff will drive investors and developers to invest in solar PV. This analysis is conducted to know the effectiveness of the policy and the risk of PV investment in Indonesia. Local tariff policy regulation targets PV developers to invest in the solar PV system areas. In the local tariff policy, each area has its PV energy tariff determined by the government. This research proposes a method for deciding demand by considering population data in selected regions to calculate the maximum PV demand of each area. The Levelized Cost of Energy LCOE is used to calculate the economic viability of the PV projects in selected areas in Indonesia. The results show that more than half of the selected areas are profitable for the PV project. The average profit of the projects of the selected areas is 3.21 cent USD per kWh. Most of the areas that have high PV demand have lower local tariffs. Therefore, these areas may not be profitable for developers. The new regulation also cuts the revenue significantly due to the new scheme contract.

Abstract
Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) field has been producing oil and gas since 1979. The producing wells produce the formation of water at the average of 78%. Due to the decreasing of production rates, Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) is required to search and find new additional reserves to unlocking Hydrocarbon in Reservoir Rock which can be produced faster, integrity of the wells can be maintained, and without Workover. There are several case histories where the depth of the potential zones is above the first packer. If those zones are directly produced by performed the perforation thru Tubing, The integrity of the wells will not be well maintained, as there is no double barrier in the annulus between the Tubing and the Casing. To maintain the integrity of the wells prior perforation, one barrier must be added to the inside of the annulus above the potential zone to be produced. Cement Packer technology itself is one of cementing techniques in which to put cement from inside the tubing through the annulus between the tubing and the casing using Coiled Tubing, where previously, communication has been made between the tubing and the casing to replace the function of packer to maintain the integrity of the wells. This paper will outline the method for cement packer technology, comparison with another technique and case history of cement packer technology in Offshore Northwest Java, started from the preparation phase to the operation phase. The safety aspect and treatment result for each wells will also be discussed in details.

Abstract
The problem situation can be observed when the capability of several components on a single machine decrease during the scheduling period and need maintenance action. Since the lifetime is variation, that action often interrupts the production process. The solution can be obtained by grouping the maintenance action with determine the number of the group, component on the group, and scheduling the group to the shop. However, that decision must consider the production plan, i.e., the number of the batch, batch size, and schedule the batches. We propose the algorithm to integrate between both of these two problems, so the total actual flow time minimize. The result of experiments shows that the proposed algorithm could increase the performance effectively.

Abstract
Many exposed rocks show well-defined fabric elements in the form of bedding, stratification, layering, foliation, fissure, or joint. In general, these rocks have properties (physical, dynamic, thermal, mechanical, and hydraulic) that vary with direction and are said to be inherently anisotropic. Evaluating anisotropic mechanical properties helps to predict the behavior of rock materials in analysis, design, and construction, and improves the quality and safety. This research discussed laboratory testing and analytical methods to determine the four values of elastic constants of transversely isotropic slate rock. Analytic calculations were performed to determine the elastic constants of rock material with the assumption of linear, elastic, homogeneous, and transversely isotropic. The strain value was determined at of 50% of peak stress on stress-strain curves. Multilinear regression analysis with least squares estimation method was used in determining the linear equation to get to the four elastic constants of the rock. In this study, the rock used as an example in laboratory tests obtained from two pieces of slate stone blocks from the Bora river, Central Sulawesi Palu area. These rocks have foliation that appears on the surface, and therefore these rocks will be treated as a transversely isotropic material. The results of uniaxial compression tests revealed that for the slate rock, the deformability in the direction that is normal to the plane of transverse isotropy (θ = 85o) is greater than that is parallel to the plane of transverse isotropy (θ = 5o) or, in other words, E1 > E2.

Abstract
Abstract. OHS issues in Indonesia are still often overlooked. It appears that the number of work accidents are still high. Therefore, in early 2018 the government has decided to suspend all the elevated construction project in Indonesia including Flyover Project. It cause a negative impact such as casualties, material, time, cost etc. One of the factors that most hinders OHS implementation in the Project from the contractors point of view is the high cost of OHS implementation and the safety cost provided for OHS implementation by the owner are inadequate or even none at all. Safety cost planning can be done accurately if the activities based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on the project can be well defined. The Activity-Based Costing method provides more accurate information especially on complex structures and can provide information on cost items that are ignored in traditional methods. The research methods used are archival analysis, case study, survey, and expert judgement. The research result the safety cost in flyover project that is expected to obtain a decent budget and specifically allocated for the implementation of OHS in flyover projects to improve working safety conditions.

Abstract
Abstract. In the last five years in Indonesia, the toll road construction project has become one of the most massive developments, with 65 toll roads and 4 national roads included in the National Strategic Projects list (PSN). However, along with the increase in construction projects in Indonesia in general the number of work accidents has also increased. in the period of 2017 to 2019, 54.5% of the number of construction accidents came from toll road projects. This results in significant losses such as loss of life, time, cost and so on. Wirahadikusumah (2019), the aspect that can improve working safety conditions is the availability of a decent budget and specifically allocated for the implementation of SMK3 in construction projects. Rzvi and Elnathan (1999), Activity-Based Costing method can provide information on neglected cost items in the construction method. So that OHS cost information on road construction projects can be available accurately starting from defining work activities based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The research method used is archive analysis, surveys involving construction experts, and previous project case studies. This study produces a ratio of OHS costs to contract values in road construction projects so as to improve work safety.

Abstract
The development of infrastructure in Indonesia is currently quite massive, in accordance with the Government of Indonesias policy in accelerating infrastructure developments. However, along with the increase in the construction sector, work accidents in the construction sector also increased. Cable Stayed Bridge is one of the excellent technologies in connecting islands but has a high potensial hazards and risks and it can cause fatal accidents. Accidents can be prevented through a good occupational safety and health management system (OHSMS). The application of OHSMS financing in Indonesian construction sector, especially in the cable stayed bridge has not been clearly and measurably regulated. In its implementation, the existing regulations have not yet been fully followed by the construction actors. This study aims is to develop the safety cost based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The research methode are survey research and descriptive analysis. The study results are the cable stayed bridge standardized WBS, potential hazard sources, the preventive action to each potential hazards in each activity, finding the safety cost components based on WBS and the calculation of safety cost percentage in order to improve the OHSMS quality and reducing work accidents in the cable stayed bridge projects.

Abstract
The activities in the Indonesian construction industry have increased in recent years due to the government-s policy in the acceleration of infrastructure developments. Construction safety is one of the vital aspect on sites, which often times gets overlooked. One of the reasons is the lack of separate budget allocated for the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHSMS) in precast bridge project. In effect, it creates higher rates of accidents, which in turns, project terminated, delay and cut down project profits. The aims of this study are to determine the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in precast bridge project, identify potensial hazards, develop safety plans, identify safety cost components, and generate a calculation of safety cost. This research is conducted as a survey research using respondents who are experts in construction safety and descriptive analysis to determines the variables used. A case study approach is used to generate safety cost calculation. This study results are the precast bridges standardized WBS, a safety plan to each hazards and activity, finding the safety costs components based on WBS, and the calculation of safety cost percentage which will improve the OHSMS and reduce the number of accidents in precast bridge projects.

Abstract
Academic loads in writing a thesis cause students difficulties to complete studies. This problem can be solved with the application of an expert system with early detection of depressive end-level students that compares several methods such as the Certainty Factor method and the Dempster-Shafer method. Certainty Factor method is to measure certainty of facts or rules in defining the level of expert confidence, while the Dempster-Shafer method combines uncertainty that has characteristics according to the way of thinking of experts but has a mathematical basis. Comparison of these methods is to get the most appropriate and best method for early detection of depression. The methodology used in this study is a comparative test of two methods, with a mechanism starting from (1) Gathering data related to the depression of final year students; (2) Data acquisition and weighting of confidence values; (3) Calculate formulations from both methods; (4) Perform a comparative test to obtain conclusions. The result shows that two examples of cases with different symptoms as input data, the probability value of the two sample cases resulted in the Certainty Factor method having the highest probability value compared to the Dempster-Shafer method. Certainty Factor method obtains the highest value which means this method is the most appropriate and the best model in early detection of depression. The Certainty Factor method will be implemented in building an expert system for early detection of depression to assist students in drawing conclusions of the initial diagnosis before conducting an intensive psychological examination.
