Abstract
Abstract The study aimed to evaluate the administration of water jasmine plants through increasing the capacity of plants as phytoremediators in reducing the waste of intensive culture eel. This study used a completely randomized design with three treatments of water jasmine plant density and repeated 3 times, as treatments were 1.04 g/L (Ep1), 2.08 g/L (Ep2), and 3.13 g/L (Ep3). The initial average eel weight was 8.3 g, with a stocking density of 4 g/L. Culture of eel is carried out in a 50 cm diameter tub and 55 cm high with a recirculation system with water jasmine plants as phytoremediators. Jasmine water is planted in an aquarium measuring 60 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm with a volume of 48 L. A feed paste contain 45.15% protein as much as 4% weight of eel biomass, was given 3 times a day. Culture is carried out for 60 days. The results showed a significant difference in the effect of water jasmine density on nutrient removal efficiency, also performances on the growth of eel and plant. Plants of E. palaefolius (water jasmine) with a density of 2.08 g/L had the highest TAN efficiency removal nutrients, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate compared to density of 1.04 g/L and 3.13 g/L. Nutrient removal efficiency at a density of 2.08 g/L, id est TAN 46.03%; nitrite 49.65%; nitrate 59.62% and phosphate 60.88%, respectively. At a jasmine density of 2.08 g/L produced the highest specific growth rate of eel 0.99% the lowest feed conversion 1.97, and the highest increasing of water jasmine biomass (262.33 g with a daily growth of 4.37 g/day). Thus, it can be concluded that the density of water jasmine 2.08 g/L produces the best nutrient removal efficiency, the growth performance of eel and plant.

There have been many victims, such as professional killing, systematic murder, genocide, torture, violence against women and children, and other cruel and inhuman treatments. These barbaric actions cause the growth of the culture of terror and the culture of death which do not respect the human dignity. They will be more terrible if the official government do not take active parts in this matter although they are capable to solve them. Abstract
The main attention of the authors to this research are the challenges of Sharia Financial Technology (fintech), especially the online loan service industry (Peer-to-Peer lending fintech service) to the financial regulations and the alternative solutions to solve the problem. The type of research method is normative research. This research used the statutory approach and conceptual approach which are obtained from library research. Moreover, this research also uses an empirical juridical method which is based on interview results. The challenges, in conventional Peer-to-Peer lending system, there is economic immorality in their applications such as maisyir, gharar, riba, and dhalim acts. It is completely different from Sharia Fintech which has sharia compliance as the main principles, which is outlined in several rules in facing the challenges of Islamic peer-to-peer lending. As the alternative solution to financial technology based on the peer-to-peer lending service in Indonesia, the challenges of Islamic P2P lending are illegal fintech, intimidating debt collection the high level of the interest rate, and illegal personal data usage. Therefore the elements of Sharia Compliance Principle and the Obedience Principle are the alternative solutions in order to reinforce Sharia Fintech which will provide protection to the consumers. Furthermore, these principles are recommendations for the government in order to immediately complete satisfactory financial regulation and to develop competent and capable human resources in sharia or in Islamic Economics Law.

Abstract
Semarang City is the center of the economic activities of the province of Central Java and as a business center and trade center which includes national strategic areas. As we know that, Semarang city is located between 2 (two) large cities, namely Jakarta and Surabaya. Thus, the city of Semarang has quite large and strong access to regional economic growth. Semarang as a business center that is connected with other cities. Surabaya is one of them. Surabaya-Semarang is an important route because it connects two provincial capitals. To anticipate high passenger growth, support from the transportation sector is urgently needed. This research was conducted in order to see the characteristics of railroad mode assumption, assuming trains operate with travel time service faster than conventional trains in the Surabaya-Semarang corridor. The research method uses stated preference and binomial binary logit with attributes of travel time and travel costs. We believe that the attributes that affect conventional trains respondents in choosing the mode between the conventional trains and the Surabaya-Semarang corridor fast train are travel time and travel costs so that it will have a negative impact on the growth of conventional railway passengers.

Abstract
Evidently 97.7% of children in Indonesia consume less vegetables and fruits but eat more snack and instant drinks. Some of those snacks sometimes contain microbes, additives and harmful substances such as formalin, borax, artificial coloring (Rhodamin B, Methanyl Yellow),flavor enhancer, artificial sweeteners which lead to several illness like typhoid (2.7%), diarrhea (4.9%), hepatitis (1.9%), etc. This study aims to describe the childrens consumption habits of snacks and beverages in Kudus Regency. This study was qualitative research with a phenomenological method. This study was conducted from July to September 2018 in Kudus Regency involving two elementary schools consisting of 12 participants. In-depth interview was conducted to students, teachers, food sellers and parents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Triangulation was done, among others, by digging information from students, food sellers, teachers and parents. The result of this study stated that not all children were accustomed to have breakfast and they were not carried packed meal from home. Moreover, Schools did not have healthy canteens and were not used to washing hands cleanly. In fact, the children were not used to eat vegetables and fruit everyday and brought pocket money to buy snacks and beverages at school containing lots of sweeteners, artificial coloring, preservatives, borax, and flavor enhancer and some snacks are eaten using unhealthy sauces and spices. Teachers told the students not to buy unhealthy snacks and beverages, but they kept doing that secretly. Conclusion: the children habits consuming unhealthy snacks and beverages must be immediately eradicated because it had the potential cause to nutritional disorders and health problems such as malnutrition, obesity and typhoid, sore throat, diarrhea etc.

Abstract
Indonesia is the natural asphalt – Asbuton, a producer with the largest deposit in the world. One of the modified Asbutons produced in the form of Retona Blend asphalt 55 produced by PT. Olah Bumi Mandiri. Asbuton has the potential to be used as a binder on road pavement to replace oil asphalt that is commonly used. Beside natural asphalt, coal is also one of the natural resources in Indonesia which continue to be explored, causing fly ash waste. Furthermore, fly ash waste can be used as a cavity filler. The method used is Marshall in order to examine the effect characteristics of coal fly ash on a mixture of HRS-WC and AC-WC and Retona Blend 55 asphalt binder with varying levels of coal fly ash as a filler substitute with the content of 0%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, and 6.5%. The results of Marshall characteristics using coal fly ash in a mixture of AC-WC and HRS-WC tend to increase in density, VFWA values. Meanwhile, the value of VIM and stability in the mixture of AC-WC and HRS-WC have decreased. Flow value in the AC-WC mixture tends to increase. The highest value of flow in AC-WC and HRS-WC at levels of 6.5%, namely 3.67 mm and 3.55 mm. The MQ value in the AC-WC and HRS-WC mixture has decreased with the highest MQ value in the mixture without using fly ash, i.e., 750.41 for HRS-WC and 655.07 for AC-WC

Abstract
Gunung Kidul is the centre of cassava production. However, due to its Mediterranean soil type, it is regarded as a non-fertile soil as it was formed from the decay of limestone, has low organic matter, dry texture, brittle, and pH value of neutral to basic. Mycorrhizal inoculation is known to increase plant production, however, the effectivity is affected by the plant variety and mycorrhizal sources. This study aims to understand the interaction between various mycorrhizal sources and three local cassava varieties of Gunung Kidul, specifically on their compatibility, population, mycorrhizal diversity, and their effect on cassava growth. The experiments were conducted based on Completely Randomised Design (CRD) with experimental factors using three treatments in triplicates. The experimental factors included three cassava varieties (Mentega, Kirik, and Ketan) and various sources of mycorrhiza (indigenous Mediteran soil of Gunungkidul, the rhizosphere of pandan plants of Bugel beach, and commercial mycorrhizal inoculant). The results demonstrated that among the interactions of various mycorrhizas with three local cassava varieties of Gunung Kidul, the highest infection was seen from Mentega variety inoculated with indigenous mycorrhiza of the Mediterranean soil of Gunung Kidul (95%). The mycorrhizal population yielded 39-98 spores/100g. Mycorrhizal diversity using indigenous mycorrhiza of Mediteran soil was higher than mycorrhiza of pandan rhizosphere and commercial inoculant, and the dominant mycorrhiza type was of spores belonging to genus Glomus. On the other hand, the indigenous mycorrhiza of Mediteran soil inoculant on various cassava varieties demonstrated similar effect as it resulted in the same number of spores, root length, and plant dry weight; despite the fact that on Kirik variety growth, the significant difference was observed on the plant height, leaf number and fresh plant weight.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa and its several derivate products from 2006 to 2015 in two importing countries. Germany and The USA are chosen as the representative of the international markets because of three reasons. First, those two countries are the most prospective markets of cocoa products. Second, they consume large amount of cocoa processing products for their Industries. Third, as the core players of trade, they always import processed cocoa producs from Indonesia in the pastdecade. We use Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) approach to analyze the competitiveness of processed cocoa products, followed by Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA) approach to avoid upward-biased problems from the previous steps. RSCA enables us to manipulate the RCA index to be symmetrical with interval values between -1 and +1 (Prasad, 2004). The results showed that in Germany, cocoa paste products and cocoa butter the two products that have high competitiveness, whereas cocoa powder was not competitive. In the USA, Indonesian cocoa butter was competitive while cocoa paste and cocoa powder were not competitive. Indonesia should focus on cocoa paste and cocoa butter to maintain their competitiveness through picing, contract negotiations, and trade relations.

Abstract
The issue of sexual abused today is quite alarming. Many cases occur not only in big cities, but also throughout the country, including Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. A social rehabilitation center that provides services to Children Associated with Law (ABH) in Lombok, is quite overwhelmed with client problems, especially those related to sexual abused issues among minors. The cases handled are quite complex and varied, such as the high incidence of incest and usually perpetrators of sexual abused are the people closest to the victims. The "Merarik" culture is the habit of "escaping" the bride to marry. This is actually used by many underage children, who love each other. This condition does not support the prevention of sexual abused or the occurrence of early marriage which results in children facing the law. This research is intended to find out 1). What are the causes of the high incidence of sexual abused in Lombok? 2). How to settle incest or "Merarik" cases by the local community, and 3). Who has the role to resolve incest or "Merarik" cases. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques: interviews, documentation studies and focus group discussions. The results showed that: It turned out that incest cases (perpetrators were biological fathers) dominated the problems encountered (as many as 77.78%, 62.5% and 37.5%), respectively in 2016, 2017 and 2018. In addition, cases of early marriage are still found in Lombok, because without careful consideration, underage children who are still dating, because of the "Merarik" end in early marriage. Even though they are actually not yet fit to build a household. The conclusion of this study is that culture also influences the high incidence of sexual violence in Lombok. Boys become perpetrators, and girls become victims of culture and victims of sexual abused from the people closest to them, who should give them protection.

Abstract
Abstract. The beam column joint is the most vulnerable area in the moment resisting frame system. The failure in this area can causes the failure of the overall system. The beam column joint must be in elastic behaviour, therefore the beams which assembling in the joint achieve the flexural capacity. The condition of the joint will be even more critical during an earthquake. The seismic load causes the beams that arranged in the interior column resist a directional moment. This condition is different from the behaviour of the beam when resist the gravitation loads. This study shows how beam column joints without reinforcement are not adequate to resist the lateral earthquake load that occurs. The joint is only adequate to resist the load in the amount 38% of the beams flexural capacity. The amount of concrete shear capacity on the joint is compared to the joint concrete shear capacity on SNI 2847:2013 and the joint shear capacity of Park and Paulay (1974). The calculation of the concrete shear capacity on the SNI 2847:2013 reached 80.2% the joint shear capacity of the experiment. The calculation of the concrete shear capacity of the Park and Paulays reached 31.2% joint shear capacity in the experiment.
