Abstract
A multi-sectoral proposal has been proposed to tackle the complex urban water problems in Chennai (India), Khulna (Bangladesh) and Semarang (Indonesia). Two design teams were selected and challenged to develop the best solution in form of a bankable and implementable projects. A community majoring in social issues and urbanism conducting measured activities in the local grass root level as a key provision in the research process of establishing "Kampung Tangguh" through water as leverage within inclusive and holistic approach. Comprehensive communication method consist of focused group discussions, interviews, participatory workshop and panel were held to tackle the obstacles faced within the implementation. The major concern found to be critical in building a better practice in the field of local water management are such as differential in cultural understanding, the lack of community engagements, and the minor utilization of local knowledge. The approach of using local languages, and cross-sector disciplinary are chosen in an attempt to develop real and sustainable local based solutions of climate resilience in villages.

Abstract
The coastal area of Buleleng was chosen as a research location because it has a high diversity of coastal resources that very useful to local people to helps increase their income. However, there are various geomorphic processes that occur in Buleleng, which result in coastal dynamics in that area. This condition may trigger damage to the coastal environment, such as coastal erosion due to tidal waves. Wave activity and wave characteristics in the coastal area of Buleleng becomes an interesting phenomenon to be studied related to coastal dynamics in that area. Moreover, several high-wave events in Buleleng in recent years have caused damage and losses in the fisheries and tourism sector. This study aims to measure the dimensions of the waves in the coastal area of Buleleng and to identify wave characteristics in the coastal area of Buleleng. We used an integration between field observation, empirical approaches, and secondary data from Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency to achieve the aims. The acquisition of wave data through a field observation is made by observing the situation at sea level and also on land based on the Beaufort Scale. The observation results are then integrated with the results of empirical measurements, i.e., measurement of wind direction and speed, wave period, and the beach slope in the coastal area of Buleleng. The expected results are the information on wave characteristics that can be used to formulate disaster mitigation efforts based on high-wave events in the coastal area of Buleleng, North Bali.

Abstract
The motivation of youth in recreation has a variety of factors that vary according to the characteristics of the region. Banyakan and Ngasem are Sub-Districts which border directly with the City of Kediri. The two Sub-Districts have different regional groupings. Therefore, this study aims to describe and analyze whether there are differences in adolescent recreation motivation based on local characteristics. The variables used in this study are motivation, activity, destination, distance, cost, and frequency. The results of this study are the Classification of urban youth motivation tend to have a Physical Motivation classification where the activities carried out are physical needs activities, such as walking, relaxation, or just relaxing. Whereas adolescents in rural areas tend to have a Social Motivation classification, this is influenced by the external motivation of youth rural who tend to be due to the invitation of friends. Teenagers in urban and rural areas viewed from Internal Motivation does not have a significant difference wherein the two regions are more likely to reason for costs as internal motivation. When seen from External Motivation, adolescents in urban areas consider more facilities in choosing destinations, while adolescents in rural areas are more likely to invite friends as motivation. Adolescents in urban areas have a smaller range of recreation than rural adolescents, and this is because the distance to the center of urban facilities is closer than that of rural areas.
