Abstract
Low-cost sensor is now widely used in various application ranging from the environment to daily live application. On the other hand, the low-cost sensor signal is dealing with noises due to external disturbances, quality of sensor material, or its electronic circuit. The raw data provided by the low-cost sensor is also still in digital n-bit data, the conversion to the physical meaning is thus needed. In this paper, the low-cost sensor node as part of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) for CO measurement based on electrochemical sensor module has been investigated. Although the measurement signal consists of noise, it could be attenuated by applying a digital IIR filter. By applying the Response Surface Method (RSM), the 10-bit data of sensor has been calibrated to the commercially CO detector and resulted in the th-square transfer function equation. The sensor node measurement performance has a strong correlation (R2=0.98) with the performance of the sensor module in the wireless sensor node system. The data has been transmitted well to a gateway with needed settling time about 5 minutes for getting stable measurement condition. The results can be used while dealing with a low-cost sensor in various application.

Abstract
The population in Bandung continues to increase and its growth results in increasing necessities of plant products. Meanwhile, field availability is decreasing so a certain process of intensification in agriculture is needed. One of the ways of doing it is by creating plant bioreactors. The purpose of this study was to obtain the effect of composition and size variation of the bed on the parameters of hold up liquid to improve plant production. Fluid flowing is based on the concept of hold up liquid from a bed with medium consisting of compost and sand with various sizes (not sifted; 4 - 2 mm; 2 - 1 mm; 1 mm - 500 μm; 500 - 250 μm and 250-125 µm) and composition variations (100: 0; 25:75; 50:50; 75:25 and 0: 100) from compost and sand. The results showed that the bed consisting of sand and compost with a ratio of 25:75 with a diameter of 500 - 250 μm as a good composition in increasing the hold up liquid value of a bed with 0.75 hold up.

Abstract
Mobile technology is believed to be able to foster the way students learn language and facilitate the teachers in their language instructional context. This article explores the reflection of teachers in EFL teaching context regarding the implementation of Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL). Grounded in phenomenological study through participant observation and reflective teaching practices, qualitative data analysis indicated that the implementation of MALL in EFL instructional context could foster their students- motivation in learning language. By varying individual and collaborative language learning tasks through MALL platform in the classroom, the teachers revealed their students- positive reaction. On the other side, the use of mobile technology in the language classroom tasks also reveals some hindrances to learning and teaching process. This study assumes that MALL implementation in the classroom should consider the students- access to network support, sufficient memory storage, and familiarity to the apps in their mobile. Since not all students in this study could afford to have smartphone or 24-hour network access, this study suggests that the students be engaged in collaborative tasks rather than individual projects.

Abstract
Software testing is one of the activities of the software development life cycle to ensure that the software has been implemented properly in accordance with the specification function (requirements). One of the factors that determine to success of software testing is that the software tester has the ability in accordance with the testing approach chosen. The problem is not all software testers have sufficient competence in the implementation of the test that causing the software to be inconsistent and not quality. One of the reasons is the prerequisite of the ability of the software tester in job vacancies not to mention in detail as a result the ignorance of job makers. This raises the hypothesis that the software industry does not seriously pay attention to the implementation of software testing. Therefore, research is proposed on mapping the competency of software tester to the role of testing during the software development phase conducted by the software industry in Indonesia. Software tester competency covers the area of skill test, IT skill and domain knowledge. The study was conducted using survey research, namely research studies to obtain software testing competency maps; making competency tester models, and surveying software testing conditions in the software industry in the cities of Bandung and Jakarta. The output of this research is the software testing competency matrix and the phenomenon of the current state of software testing competency that occurs in the software industry. This phenomenon covers software testing strategies undertaken and software tester competence in software development.

Abstract
A maritime inventory routing problem (MIRP) or sometimes referred to as inventory ship routing problem (ISRP) is a tactical planning problem where the ship operator has the responsibility not only for the ship routing and scheduling, but also for the inventory management at one or both ends of the sailing points. Generally, this problem is most often encountered by actors in the industrial shipping segment who transport large quantities of dry or liquid bulk cargoes from several production ports to several consumption ones over a given planning horizon. The bulk products are usually stored as inventories, which levels have to be maintained within certain limits, at or near the production (loading) and consumption (unloading) port. This paper developed a model for assigning a heterogeneous fleet of ships engaged in shipping of multiple liquid bulk products which cannot be mixed for finding a minimum cost routing. We assumed that the ships have multi-undedicated compartments to keep the products separately. The challenging thing in this model is that we considered the allocation of the products into compartments which has been treated so far as a separate planning problem. This stowage onboard the ships is important because it will affect the ship stability and strength. Haphazard stowage will cause ship structural damage because of improper cargo distribution and loss or reduction of stability during a shipping. This model is formulated as mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model. Several problem instances are randomly generated and solved using LINGO 11.0. The results illuminate that we should develop a heuristics-based approach in order to solve larger instances of the model.

Abstract
Tanjungpinang City is known as a city and tourism because of its rich historical and cultural potential. However, community in Tanjungpinang City feel that the values of ecosystem services, especially cultural and spiritual ones, have been lost. Based on previous research, cultural and spiritual ecosystem services have never been done by center of ecoregion development control. It means there were two new ecosystem service maps to produce after 18 maps of ecosystem services had been made on a smaller scale (map scale of 1: 50,000 for each island). The research methodology used was the DELPHI method. The research aims to make cultural and spiritual ecosystem services in Tanjungpinang City and to develop cultural and spiritual ecosystem services for cultural tourism areas in Tanjungpinang City. Abstract
Incident Energy is the energy released when an arc flash (electric arc) takes place in an electric panel. Arc-flash is a short circuit phenomena through the air that can possibly involve very high current or energy that can destroy anything around the spot. The incident energy is determined by the arc-flash current, the voltage, the distance between conductors (where the arc exists) and the duration of the arc-flash. However, this energy can endanger the safety of people working around the point of faults in the panel, especially technicians working for maintenance. Such events are still happened frequently in industries and many people become victims. Therefore, it must be anticipated and prevented to safe people working around and the panel itself. The aim of this paper is to examine arc-flash in a medium voltage utility panel at a power plant for safety reasons. In this paper the incident energy will be reviewed and analyzed based on standards and practical experiences and based on the results, the safety boundaries of the panel are calculated and the personal protective equipment (PPE) needed for the worker is determined. Therefore, by the application of these, the safety of people working around or close to the panel can be guaranteed. This study can also be used as a guidance for electrical engineer to examine or review the safe conditions of their electrical panels.
