Abstract
CNC Machining Center is a type of CNC machine that can does several processes simultaneously. In some cases, this machine is often single used to make a product through several production stages, from raw material to end product. The reason for using a single machine is to avoid material handling time from one production stage on one machine to the next on another machine. In the case of batch production, the use of a single machine will cause the products flow time to be long which will certainly increase the cost of work in process (WIP) inventory. This research was conducted to reduce the cost of WIP inventory of motorcycle spare parts on the CNC Machining Center. Minimization of WIP inventory cost is done through two steps. Step 1 is to allocate three production stages to three serial CNC Machining Centers. Stage 2 is determining the transfer batch size (10 units) is smaller than the production batch size (50 units). The results of this study indicate that the WIP inventory cost for the use of a single machine is Rp. 2.150,250, while the WIP inventory cost for three serial machines is Rp. 202,100.

Abstract
Emergencies can occur anytime, anywhere, and to anyone. The local government offers an application called "Panic Button" as a solution to these problems. This application aims to help people who experience or see emergency conditions so that they can be followed up by the authorities. However, this application has not been targeted at disability users. The procedure for using this application still has weaknesses that make it difficult for users with hearing loss, especially when an emergency event is confirmed. Normally, emergency event confirmation uses telephone calls to the incident reporter (user). This confirmation method is a big problem for those users with disabilities to be able to confirm the details of emergency events. In this research, a user interface re-design was carried out at the application interface to be able to accommodate the needs of users. The interaction re-design is built using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method to produce a design that matches the users characteristics and limitations. The resulting prototype was evaluated using the USE Questionnaire method and results in a usability value of 87% with a very good category after the 3rd iteration. These results indicate that the results of the re-design that have been done are quite easy to learn and use by users.

Abstract
The Ancam Port is planned to be a roll on - roll off ship. That is why the Ancam port is equipped with a moveable bridge to anticipate tides. The Moveable Bridge structure is a steel frame bridge with a length of 35,740 meters with one joint and another that can move vertically. This vertical free movement is accommodated by the pontoon but cannot deform in a horizontal plane in the direction of the bridge extending, causing damage to the connection between the pier and the moveable bridge. Tidal river conditions cause the pontoon to move vertically. Under the pontoon there are indications of piles emerging from the riverbed and recurring collisions occur due to tides. This causes leakage so that water enters and causes an imbalance from the pontoon and a collapse of the Moveable Bridge occurs. The movable bridge analysis method is carried out using SAP 2000 software. Based on the analysis of the collapse the moveable bridge is able to withstand the planned load on the condition that the pontoon has to function properly. The solution to re-enable the moveable bridge is to use a geofoam-type styrofoam pontoon wrapped in steel plates.

Abstract
This research is to address a problem of scheduling batches consisting of multiple item parts processed on a batch processor where each item requires a certain processing time which may differ from others. A number of parts are defined as a batch and processed simultaneously with sharing a set up time. A batch can be formed of the parts with different type of item and the processing time of batch equals the longest processing time of parts in the batch. It is assumed that an excessive duration of processing the parts will not lead to any defect, but increase the operating cost. The completed part must simultaneously be delivered at common due date, d. The objective is to minimise total actual flowtime of parts through the shop. An algorithm to solve the problem is proposed and numerical examples are shown.

Abstract
Internet of Things (IoT) is a paradigm for connecting any devices onto internet. The IoT applications can be implemented in IoT, for example, e-health, smart logistics, smart transportations, and smart homes. In smart logistics, objects and deliveries location need to be updated in real time, so they can be tracked easily. Asset tracking employs Global Positioning System (GPS) and commonly General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) connections to send telemetry data to database server. Narrowband-IoT (NB-IoT), a new cellular standard that is optimized for Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) applications, such as asset tracking. Compared to GPRS, it has smaller uplink transmit power and has decent uplink speed. In this paper, NB-IoT was utilized for asset tracking. The performance of NB-IoT was compared to GPRS, specially for these parameters: latency, throughput, packet loss, and power usage. The result obtained shows that, NB-IoT has average latency around 1.4 seconds, with packet loss (UDP) 44% compared to GPRS 68%. NB-IoT has better power consumption during data transmission against GPRS (0.405 W vs 0.737 W) even though both of them have similar uplink throughput (around 350 B/s). From this test result, this new cellular standard is appropriate in Asset Tracking application.

Abstract
The phenomenon of crack branching is one of the typical fracture behaviors. The effect of orientation crack branching is investigated in this paper. By considering a static branched crack in a 2D plate under uniaxial traction, the numerical study is carried out for two study cases. The first study case is a symmetric crack branching in which the various crack branching lengths and orientations have same value between both cracks branching. The second case is an asymmetric case crack branching. In this case, both crack branching length has constant certain value. Furthermore, the first orientation of crack branching is constant and then the second one has various values. The stress intensity factors of the crack tips are calculated for both study cases. It is revealed that for the symmetric case, the increasing of the crack branching length will increase the value of stress intensity factor for various orientations of crack branching. Whereas, the stress intensity factor will tend to decrease along with the increasing of the crack branching orientation. In the asymmetric case, the stress intensity factor of first crack branching will increase, but the stress intensity factor of second crack branching will decrease along with increasing of the second orientation crack branching.

Abstract
Electrical energy is an important component in an industry, that is needed by electrical equipment / machines that exist in the industry. Currently, the majority of electrical energy is produced from fossils. Therefore, efficiency application of electricity loads in industries need to be logged and analyzed. To make electricity load efficiency possible, it can be done by monitoring and logging real-time electricity loads in the industry. So that, the electrical power consumed can be analyzed. In this paper, a 3-phase electricity monitoring system is builded for Low Voltage Power Distribution (LVDP) that can be monitored anytime and anywhere via internet for the needs of electricity quality analysis. Monitoring parameters are voltage, current, real power, apparent power, power factor, IHD voltage and current, and voltage and current THD for each phase. That variables send to database and display on the web. Error reading of voltage sensor is found on average error 0.00254% compared to multimeter. For current sensor, the average error is 0.0074%. On the user interface, all functions are running well, so that, it can be utilized for the needs of electrical analysis, which means the power consumed and the malconsumed can be known.

Abstract
Brown coal (lignite) is a type of coal which possesses the lowest energy density relative to any other types of coal such as bituminous and anthracite. Its abundance, various usage, and relatively cheaper price is some of the many profitable traits for it to be used as an energy source for many industries. Because of the composition of the chemical compounds contained in lignite, harmful environmental impacts may arise along with the process of converting its energy through direct combustion processes. Its high water content along with low carbon content cause higher greenhouse gas emissions to be produced. However, the technology of using lignite as fuel does not only come in the form of direct combustion, a process called biosolubilization utilizes the role of microorganisms to convert solid coal into liquid fuel/chemical compounds while still producing environmentally friendly byproducts. This technology provides the opportunities to reduce the impact of pollutions caused by direct combustion and increase the utilization of lignite as a raw material for the production of liquid fuels without the involvement of thermal, physical and/or chemical processes. Studies found that lignite has a considerable abundance in Indonesia. In brown coal, the types and composition of aromatic compounds contained within it will affect the resulting compounds produced from the solubilization process. The more complex the chemical structure between aromatic compounds, the more difficult the solubilization process will become. Lignite, however, contains simpler aromatic compounds, a condition which optimizes the process. The opportunity to develop preparation techniques to obtain optimal biosolubilization results is still likely to be studied. The biosolubilization process involves several important stages, starting from coal preparations, optimizing the enzymatic activity of biosolubilization microorganisms, liquefaction processes, and depolymerization. The process of preparation and optimization of enzymatic activity has been widely carried out, the biggest opportunity for the development of biosolubilization techniques is the yield optimization within the process.

Abstract
Mining activities related to excavation or landfill will always face problems with slopes, both in the form of working slope and final slope, in addition the groundwater factor in the rock layer increases the burden by filling pores and reducing friction inter-grain influences the slope stability. The slopes must be analyzed for stability to prevent landslide hazards because they involve work safety, equipment safety, and smooth production. PT. XYZ is a coal mining company located in Sungai Lilin, South Sumatra, planning to optimize and stabilize the final slope to a depth of 120 m. Geotechnical drilling has been carried out as many as 3 points with a total depth of 270 m and 80 samples of rock and soil testing. The results of slope modeling using the Limit Equilibrium method, mining can be done up to a depth of 120 m with an angle of 30o and 35o with a dewatering system.

Abstract
The fishing ship propulsion system will affect the performance of the ship and impact the fishermens income. A crucial factor is the level of efficiency produced by propellers mounted on fishing vessels. In B-series propellers, propeller efficiency can be optimized by varying the size of the geometric dimensions. This propeller optimization process can be done after the ship resistance value is known. In Cirebon waters, as in other regions in Indonesia, the selection of propellers by fishermen is still unclear. Most are only based on the availability of goods on the market, without looking at how big the actual ship resistance occur. In this research, one of the fishing boats that will be built will be chosen to estimate the ships resistance, after that by considering the engine used as its driving source, the geometry dimensions that can produce the highest efficiency are sought. Estimation of ship resistance is sought by the Holtrop method and propeller optimization is carried out with the help of software. From the results of this study, the value of ship resistance commonly used by Cirebon waters fishermen is 2.608 kN at an operational speed of 7 knots. Optimized propeller design provides a 6 percent increase in efficiency compared to previously used propellers.

Abstract
The results of Charles Gay-Lussacs law experimental tools at Polban Applied Physics Laboratory show the pressure value of 1.027 x 10^5 Pa with relative uncertainty value of 11.1% and the number of moles in a flask of 12.47 mmole with relative uncertainty value of 24.3%. The experimental data has relatively low accuracy. In this study, Charless Law experimental tools were optimized by a measured temperature correction on the capillary pipe using the conduction concept. The heat distribution equation that occurs in capillary pipe was solved by numerical solutions using the finite difference method. The modification of Gay-Lussac-s Law experimental tools to get fixed volume was located on the manometer integrated with a glass flask. Data collection techniques were carried out in two different circumstances, namely when the system is experiencing heating and cooling, then compared. After temperature correction, it was obtained that pressure value 0.977 x 10^5 Pa with relative uncertainty of 5.7%. After using integrated manometer and data collection techniques when cooling, the number of moles in the flask was 21.5 mmole with relative uncertainty value of 6.2%. With the correction of temperature in the capillary pipe and the volume maintained provides more accurate experimental results.
