Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important contributors to economic development. However, increasing the performance of MSMEs faces many obstacles and challenges, especially in the face of competition. Lack of understanding to manage businesses, capital and difficult access to external capital are the main challenges that must be faced by MSME entrepreneurs. MSME entrepreneurs find it difficult to obtain loan capital because they do not have sufficient assets to meet the loan requirements at the bank. To overcome this problem the Government issued a policy in the form of a credit program for MSMEs with guarantees namely Peoples Business Credit (KUR). KUR is expected to be able to help MSME entrepreneurs to increase business capital, so that business performance can improve. The purpose of this activity is to find out the difficulties faced by women MSME entrepreneurs, increase understanding in managing businesses, and provide understanding to access KUR funds. This activity was carried out in central Jakarta with a total of 150 female MSME owners. The method used is observation, training and filling out the questionnaire. The result of this activity is a report on the activities of the training conducted.

The phenomenon of urban areas in Indonesia today tends to experience a typical problem, namely the high rate of population growth mainly due to the flow of urbanization so that the management of urban space becomes heavier. Abstract
Public concern for the environment starts from the knowledge conveyed either through official forums from the government or the private sector or through discussions at the local community level. Understanding of knowledge, especially about environmental damage and its impact on survival. If understanding has been obtained there will be attention to the environment, and visible or reflected in their attitudes and behavior. Attitudes and behaviors that are environmentally friendly will inspire, encourage, and motivate the community to realize sustainable development through concrete actions with improved environmental quality. Existing experience from the best practices of other communities in implementing sustainable development will be learning and comparison. With the knowledge and understanding of the communitys efforts in realizing sustainable development, it is expected to be a driving force for the formation of environmentally friendly community behavior. Sustainable development through the improvement and maintenance of environmental sanitation in this study is interpreted as an effort by the community to improve the quality of a healthy environment to create a community that cares about the environment. Changes in community behavior to be more environmentally friendly do not just happen, but through the process of forming behavior that has a background and motivation. The motivation then raises behavior that influences the actions and efforts of the community towards the sustainability of the activity. So that this study will also analyze the role of the community and other involved stakeholders in the mechanism of improving the sanitation of the slum environment. MCK management activities are part of the practice of community behavior in improving sanitation. The government of the North Kembangan village has tried to improve this condition through programs to improve the settlement environment with the concept of community empowerment, this program involves community participation starting from the planning, implementation to the utilization and maintenance stages. It is expected that with this community participation a sense of ownership of development outcomes can be achieved so that the sustainability of the program can be achieved. But in reality not all programs can run well, this is because not all people have a concern for the environment. The background of the problems mentioned above, is the basis for community service to further the extent of the communitys concern in improving sanitation in the slum environment in this Kelurahan.

Abstract
Often the word innovation is associated with the word invention. According to Drucker (1985), Innovation is a special tool in exploiting changes in various businesses and services. He added, this innovation can be presented as a discipline that can be learned and practiced. In other words, innovation is also said to be "an idea, practice, or object that is considered new by other individuals or adoption units" (Daugherty et al., 2011; Grawe, 2009; Rogers, 1995). Meanwhile, Tidd, Bessant, Pavitt, and Wiley (1998) define innovation as the process of turning opportunities into fresh ideas and being widely used in practice. Global Entrepreneurion Monitor (GEM), reports that entrepreneurship is now the main stage in the arena of public policy in most countries. As social, environmental and economic challenges face humanity, many people believe that business has an important role to play in transforming society in the future . Entrepreneurs are considered to have a special role in innovation and bringing social change, traditionally from a macroeconomic perspective (Bosma et al, 2012). The field of innovation is very broad. The ability to develop new ideas and innovations has become a priority for many organizations. Intense global competition and technological developments have made innovation a reality a source of competitive advantage. The ability of an entrepreneur to put forward the idea of a higher value can be a source of competitive advantage. Entrepreneur that can create competitive advantage are able to increase their activities with the experience gained, by the knowledge gained, over time, it may be a source of distinctive competence in the market.

Abstract
This is a community service related to the development of economic community through socialization on muamalah principle and the prohibition of maghrib (maysir, gharar and riba) in the daily transaction. Nowadays, some people in Indonesia have begun to care about the dangers of riba and its impact on the economy. Muslims have believed that riba is haram. Some of them certainly can define as well as interpret the term of riba, but not for maysir and gharar. According to the perspective, Islam always encourages the practice of good muamalah principle and forbids maghrib. Ironically, there are still many ordinary people do not understand the general rules of maghrib. In returning the daily transaction to avoid maghrib, it is necessary to learn deeply about this subject. For this reason, there is a need for socialization to the wider community to increase good understanding of the maghrib and get literacy about sharia transaction well and certainly can be implemented in the daily transaction of community in Indonesia.

Abstract
Art Therapy is one of the solutions that might be applied in the movement of pursuing mental health awareness within the Indonesian society. The methods in Art Therapy combine the approaches from art, design and psychology altogether with the other disciplines. One of the examples is the line and colour-creation art therapy. This method might be applied to the patients of mental health disorder such as psychotic. The introduction of line and colour-creation into the art therapy has been inspired by the visual introduction that the infants experience for the very first time. Within the line and colour, there are light intensity, thin and thick line intensity, hand pressure intensity during the sketching activities, emotion intensity that goes after the thick and thin line intensity and also colour intensity altogether with the colour category namely hot, warm and cold. All of these aspects might be benefitted for the recovery process in terms of emotion, self-expression and self-actualization. Then, the line and colour creation-art therapy integrates all kinds of art under comfortable and non-judgmental situation in order to facilitate the recovery process of the psychotic patients. To use art expressively means to enter the inner space within an individual-s heart in order to find the inner feelings and to express these inner feelings in the form of visual art, movement, voice, writings and drama. This process encourages the freedom, the self-understanding, the insight and also trigger the creativity and the transpersonal awareness so that the recovery period might be increased by expressing the feelings onto a sheet of paper. In this case, the position of art as an existential phenomenon becomes a bridge that unites rite, imagination and fantasy in such a way that other activities might be unable to perform since the objective of art is to represent the significance of an individual-s inner feeling instead of outer appearance. In other words, art might be considered as a symbolic form of human-s feelings. Departing from this elaboration, the researcher would like to initiate the implementation of a Community Service Program in UILS (Unit Informasi Layanan Sosial, Unit of Social Service Information) Meruya Selatan under the authority of Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 1 Social Homes Cengkareng. The results of the Community Service Program are expected to increase the rate of psychotic patients- recovery process by means of expression painting therapy for overcoming the mental health disorders.
