Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the effect of tax facilities utilization tax amnesty in tax control efforts agains compliance rate tax payment case study at tax office south Sidoarjo. Awareness of paying taxes, knowledge and understanding again tax regulation taxpayers. Good peceptions of tax system effectiveness to be independent variables in yhis study, while tax amnety becomes a dependent variable. The population taken in this study is taxpayers at the primary Sidoarjo tax service office as many as 58 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling 62 questionnaries distributed, obtained 58 respondents who could be included in data prosesing. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression whit the help of SPSS sofware (Statistical package of Social Science) 16.0 to process questionnaire data. The results showed that tax paying awareness had an influence on the tax amnesty with a significant value of 0,002, Knowledge and Understanding of Taxpayer Taxation Regulations had an influence on tax amnesty with a significant value of 0.003, Good Perception of the Effectiveness of the Tax System had an influence on tax amnesty with significant value of 0.021.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Working Capital as measured by working capital turnover and Leverage as measured by the debt to equity ratio to the profitability of the company. Company profitability is measured by the return on equity ratio. The research sample is coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The data collection method used in this study is library research which is useful to obtain an overview or condition or theoretical foundation related to the research title. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Working Capital has a positive and not significant effect on company profitability; and (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on company profitability.

Abstract
Abstract: This study examines the influence of the factors affecting organizational commitment of 140 employees working at the State Owned Enterprises (SOE) monitoring field in Indonesia. Analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) showed that only ethical behavior coworkers and satisfaction with the work become a significant predictor to organizational commitment. The other dimensions of ethical behavior of successful managers and other aspects of job satisfaction (satisfaction with pay, co-workers and controls) are not significant contributors to organizational commitment.

Abstract
The study investigates how overcash and corporate governance variables affect the propensity and the intensity of dividend payment which is measured by dividend per sales and dividend pay-out ratio. Agency theory argues that overcash leads to overinvestment and overcompensation that are vulnerable to firm-s cash flow. Additionally, this study examines how corporate governance attributes consisting of level of concentration, board size, proportion of independent commissioner and managerial stock ownership can effectively mitigate agency conflict through dividend payment. This study applies quantitative method by employing panel data of the non-financial IDX firms for the period between 1995 and 2014 or consecutive twenty years. For this purposes, we employ there models of analysis: (i) the probit estimation to investigate managers- decision on the propensity of firm paying dividends; (ii) pooling ordinary least square by incorporating fixed effect and random effect to investigate the intensity of firms paying dividends; and (iii) Heckman two-step procedures to consider sample selection bias regarding firms- decision on dividend policy. Probit estimation reveals that variables of overcash and level of ownership concentration have positive and strong association with the propensity of firm paying dividends, suggesting that firms with overcash and higher level of concentration pay higher dividend as a vehicle to mitigate agency conflict. In regards with the intensity of paying dividend, variables of overcash, level of ownership concentration, and board size positively and highly affect dividend policy. By controlling sample selection bias, the Heckman two-step procedures provide other important statistical results that all of main explanatory variables except board size have significant association with the propensity and intensity of firms paying dividends.

Abstract
Abstract This study aimed to analyses and clarifying the influence commitment of employee to their work discipline, analyses and clarifying the influence their job motivation to their work discipline, and analyses and clarifying the influence education and training to their work discipline. A qualitative and quantitative used as to study approach.. There are 57 employee have been taken as sample based on the saturated sampling. All data collected by questionnaire list, interview, observation and documentation. A multiple linier analyses used to analyses data and correlation any variables. The result of this study find that by partial test, organizational commitment and motivation don-t have an significant influence to the work discipline, but education and training has significantly influence to work discipline. All of third independent variable namely commitment, motivation, education and training have significantly influence to work discipline as dependent variable. The education and training are most dominant influence to work discipline.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh dari average tax rate, size, growth, fixed asset ratio, financial leverage, dan working capital terhadap profitability.Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2004-2014. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana hanya 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel sehingga terdapat 66 data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi data panel, dengan model fixed effect untuk menguji hipotesis dan diuji menggunakan software Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan financial leverage dan working capital berpengaruh terhadap profitability, sedangkan average tax rate, size, growth, dan fixed asset ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitability. Secara keseluruhan, variabel independen mempengaruhi profitability secara simultan.

Abstract
This article deals with the sources of a company-s competitive advantage that allow that company to perform better than its competitors. Different theories try to explain the sources of this competitive advantage. The most recent and promising theory attributes the source of competitive advantage to so-called dynamic capabilities, which allow a company to reconfigure its assets in order to adapt to a changing environment. Through the examination of the capability ‘innovation speed- in an in-depth case study of two companies, namely X and Y, this research not only identifies the different influence factors of dynamic capabilities, but also brings fuller clarity to the topic regarding the influence of managers on the development of dynamic capabilities and the transferability of those capabilities to other companies, and thus, the sustainability of competitive advantage. This study identifies three domains of influence factors, namely context, structure, and best practices. The findings of the case study show that influence factors of dynamic capabilities can neither be uniquely attributed to the environment of an organization, nor exclusively to the organization itself. Depending on the ‘idiosyncratic- mix of a specific capability-s influence factors, the manager-s possibilities of actively steering the development of this capability and the transferability of it to other companies are explained and finally combined with the identified origins of influence factors of those dynamic capabilities. We also highlight business model innovation as a way for general managers and entrepreneurs to create and appropriate value, especially in times of economic change. Business model innovation, which involves designing a modified or new activity system, relies on recombining the existing resources of a firm and its partners, and does not require significant investments in R&D. We offer managers and researchers a conceptual primer on business model innovation, emphasizing the importance of system-level thinking in order to improve company performance.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between internal branding on employee brand loyalty, employee brand commitment and employee brand identification and their impact on employee brand performance in the context of the hospitality industry in Surabaya, East Java. The design / methodology / research approach uses 150 respondents. The questioners was collected through a field survey of eight 5-star hotel employees in Surabaya, East Java. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was applied. The result of this study showed that internal branding affects employee brand loyalty, employee brand commitment and employee brand identification and its effect on employee brand performance. The practical implications of this study will provide advice for hospitality industry managers to develop strategies that can increase the level of employee brand performance.

Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as a moderator variable in lazada online shopping stores. The object of this study is lazada users who have made purchases 1 time and are at least 17 years old and have a maximum of 40 years. In the selection of the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method and the sample used is 100 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of the study prove that perceptions of convenience have a significant effect on repeat purchases, perceptions of usefulness have a significant effect on repeat purchases, perceptions of convenience do not have a significant effect on purchases with consumer satisfaction as a moderator variable, and perceptions of usefulness do not significantly influence purchases with consumer satisfaction as a moderator variable.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is (1) to determine whether or not the influence of product assortment partially to impulse buying on consumers panda box tunjungan plaza Surabaya (2) to determine whether or not the influence of product display partially to impulse buying on consumers panda box tunjungan plaza Surabaya (3) to determine whether or not the influence of product assortment and product display together to impulse buying on consumers panda box tunjungan plaza Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of associative research. Data collection was obtained from respondents using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 50 people using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R2 test. The result of the research showed that there was an influence between product assortment and product display to impulse buying on consumers panda box tunjungan plaza surabaya either individually or together. The influence of product assortment and product display to im[ulse buying is 17,6%. While the rest 82,4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract
This research is a study to build a new concept of the role of service quality in the trust and competitive advantage of private universities in Kepulauan Riau province. The research method used is causalistic explanatory research. Dissemination of the survey was conducted by using simple random sampling at 10 universities in Kepulauan Riau province. The number of respondents in this study is 425 students representing all students from private universities in Kepulauan Riau province. The results of this study indicate that service quality contributes to the formation of trust in private universities in Kepulauan Riau province; and trust plays a role in creating the excellence of private universities in the Kepulauan Riau Province. This study concludes that private universities in Kepulauan Riau province should pay attention to the role of service quality and trust in order to maintain their competitive advantage

Abstract
This quantitative research conducted in Samarinda Seberang during July 2019 with valid 140 respondents and 28 questions. The aim for this research is to know the experience and to measure the consumers- expectation towards online food ordering service. The analysis used is linear regression by SPSS version 25. However, the result found that the most online food ordering was made at home during weekday by Go-Food application. The reason why the consumer using this service due to its effective and efficient. The most of respondent characteristics are female, in age between 26 – 30 years old who works as private employee with average income Rp. 5.000.001 – Rp. 10.000.000. In conclusion, there are five hypotheses that are supported such as, there is a positive relationship between ease of use, privacy/security, graphic style, fulfillment/reliability, and other criteria (access, responsiveness, & personalization) and online food ordering frequency. Only one hypothesis not supported, there is a negative relationship between information availability & content and online food ordering frequency.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the level of financial literacy and the financial inclusion of Micro and Small Business in Semarang. The sample studied was 51 (fifty one) Micro and Small entrepreneurs fostered by Soegijapranata Catholic University in Semarang. The data analysis technique was carried out with a qualitative descriptive technique to describe the level of financial literacy and the application of financial inclusion of Micro and Small entrepreneurs. The research findings are that the level of financial literacy from Micro and Small entrepreneurs in Semarang, fostered by Soegijapranata Catholic University, was found that around 45% of respondents have a sufficient level of financial literacy, 25% of respondents have a high level of financial literacy, 12% of respondents have a low level of financial literacy, 10% of respondents have very low levels of financial literacy, and 8% of respondents have very high levels of financial literacy. While the application of financial inclusion was obtained results, most Micro and Small entrepreneurs (51%) have very low access to products and banking services, while 35% have low access, 8% have adequate access, and 6% have high access to products and banking services. An evaluation program is needed related to the form of services and financing facilities that are simpler and easily accessible by Micro and Small entrepreneurs.

Abstract
Perubahan organisasi sering kali memunculkan permasalahan baru. Kesiapan setiap elemen organisasi menjadi hal yang mutlak agar perubahan organisasi dapat tercapai dengan baik. Dukungan terhadap perubahan tercermin dari komitmen anggota organisasi dalam melakukan perubahan organisasi itu sendiri. Pemimpin mempunyai peran penting dalam menciptakan suasana yang kondusif dari setiap aktifitas yang dilakukan organisasi, termasuk juga dalam melakukan perubahan organisasi. Pemimpin diharapkan perannya untuk bisa memotivasi anggota organisasi agar berkomitmen terhadap perubahan organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan program komputer smart PLS 3.2.8. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah 2 dari 4 komponen transformational leadership yang mampu mendorong affective commitment to change, yaitu idealized influence dan intellectual stimulation, sedangkan 2 lainnya tidak mampu menjadi faktor pendorong komitmen untuk berubah, yaitu inspirational motivation dan individual consideration.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang ukuran perusahaan sebagai faktor pemoderasi hubungan profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu mengunakan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipothesis. Uji Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) digunakan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh variable moderating (Ukuran Perusahaan) terhadap hubungan variable independen (Profitabilitas dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan) dengan variable dependen (Struktur Modal). Temuan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini yaitu ukuran perusahaan (Size) tidak mampu memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan size mampu memperlemah hubungan growth terhadap struktur modal. Keterbatasan dan implikasi penelitian ini yaitu pada jangka waktu/periode sampel data yang diteliti hanya berjangka waktu 6 tahun dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2015, sehingga data yang diambil ada kemungkinan kurang mencerminkan kondisi perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini hanya terbatas untuk sampel sub sektor Pertanian saja, sehingga kurang mewakili seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Orisinalitas penelitian menyajikan ukuran perusahaan (size) sebagai faktor pemoderasi, untuk mengatasi gap yang terjadi pada pengaruh profitabiltas dan growth terhadap struktur modal

Abstract
This study examines a broad firms- openness decision, conceptualised in terms of external search breadth and depth, external R&D, cooperation, and acquisition activities, as a response to different innovation barriers faced by Indonesian firms. Data derived from Indonesia innovation survey. Exploratory factor analysis is used to identify and combine innovation barriers variables. Ordered logistic estimation is used to measure the impact of innovation barriers on firm openness decision. Logistic regression is used to measure the impact of innovation barriers on firm openness indicators such as external R&D, cooperation, and acquisition as the variables are binary variables. The main findings indicate that different barriers to innovation lead to different firms- openness decisions. This study contributes to the innovation barrier literature by empirically testing whether experiencing barriers to innovation is associated with a broader and deeper approach to openness. Previous studies tend to link innovation barriers with a narrow firms- openness decision.

Abstract
Upah merupakan barometer kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan asumsi bahwa kebanyakan penduduk bekerja pada perusahaan. Banyak sudah penelitian yang menganalisis upah dari sudut pandang pekerja. Paper ini akan melihat tingkat upah dari sudut pandang pemilik perusahaan. Penelitian ini berharap menemukan suatu tingkat upah yang sebenarnya mampu diberikan oleh pengusaha. Hal ini akan bermanfaat dalam menentukan upah yang tepat bagi para pekerja. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pemilik perusahaan, terutama perusahaan kecil menengah, sebagai responden. Penelitian ini berupaya mencari tahu, berapakah sebenarnya upah yang sanggup dibayarkan oleh pengusaha kepada para pekerja. Dari studi ini diharapkan akan diketahui, apakah kesanggupan pengusaha sebenarnya lebih tinggi, sama dengan, atau lebih rendah dari UMR yang ditetapkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Triangulasi untuk mendapatkan data dari sumber yang sama, menggunakan observasi dan wawancara yang mendalam dari beberapa pengusaha sebagai Informan. Dari hasil wawancara secara mendalam dengan informan terkait dengan Upah Minimum Regional, para Pengusaha di Jogjakarta sudah memberikan upah sesuai atau melebihi UMR, dikarenakan dalam penentuan upah para pengusaha juga sudah mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek baik dari sisi kebutuhan karyawan maupun, kemampuan perusahaan. Didalam penentuan peningkatan upah para pengusaha juga sudah mendasarkan kepada pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap kerja para karyawan atau pekerja. Upah yang diterima karyawan hak normatif di sisi lain juga sebagai penyemanagat (motivasi) peningkatan kinerja

Abstract
Bank adalah departemen keuangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah mengumpulkan dana masyarakat dan mendistribusikan dalam bentuk keuangan untuk mendapatkan pendapatan, sangat penting bagi bank untuk mempertahankan kepercayaan masyarakat di mana upaya bank untuk berurusan dengan kepercayaan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menentukan bukti empiris pada pengaruh CAR, NPF, DER, BOPO dan FDR pada kinerja Bank Syariah. Objek penelitian ini adalah Bank Syariah (BSM, BNI Syariah dan BRI Syariah). Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 60. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BOPO berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan CAR, NPF, DER dan FDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bank syariah.

Abstract
Keberadaan dan peran serta UMKM dalam perekonomian, merupakan salahsatu kunci keberhasilan bangsa Indonesia mampu untuk menghadapi berbagai krisis yang menimpa bangsa Indonesia pada tahun 2007/2008, pada saat usaha besar melemah bahkan gulung tikar, disatu sisi UMKM mampu untuk bertahan bahkan memberikan kontribusi yang cukup tinggi disaat krisis global terjadi. UMKM masih mampu untuk menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan yang relatif besar. Perluasan pasar UMKM dapat didefinisikan sebagai UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang no 9 Tahun 1995 sebagaimana menyebutkan bahwa Usaha Kecil bisa dilaksanakan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 44 Tahun 1997 mengenai Kemitraan, di mana penjelasan UKM merupakan sudah diatur dalam Pasal 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 1995 Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda digunakan untuk menganalisa pengaruh beberapa variabel bebas atau independen variabel (X) terhadap satu variabel tidak bebas atau dependen variabel (Y) secara bersama-sama. Perkembangan tehnologi berdampak pada bervariasinya media untuk bisnis. Media sosial yang semakin beragam akan memperluas pasar. Dalam penelitian ini media sosial mempengaruhi secara nyata perluasan pasar.

Metodologi penelitian yang di gunakan dengan desain kuantitatif diskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD dr Soediran Mangun Sumarso Kabupaten Wonogiri. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pasien rawat inap non BPJS, sejumlah 269 pasien, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 73. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan quesioner. Data dianalisa dengan statistik dan diolah menggnakan program SPSS. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepuasan pasien RSUD Dr Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri sangat tergantung pada bukti fisik, daya tanggap dan jaminan secara bersama-sama. Kepuasan pasien rawat inap sangat tergantung juga dengan masing-masing bukti fisik yang bagus, daya tanggap yang tinggi, pasien juga sangat tergantung dengan jaminan yang bisa dipercaya. Hal tersebut berdasar hasil analisa dengan program SPSS, bahwa F hitung > F tabel , nilai sig < 0,05,maupun Uji t bahwa t hitung >t tabel dengan nilai sig < 0,05 , menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan sangat dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor diatas yakni bukti fisik, daya tanggap dan jaminan.

Abstract
Abstrak Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memahami peran kelembagaan BUMDesa dalam meningkatkan PAD desa di desa Anabanua dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat pengembangan kelembagaan BUMDesa dalam meningkatkan PAD desa. Artikel ini adalah artikel deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDesa desa Anabanua. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa BUMDesa “Pituwanua” yang ada di desa Anabanua belum berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract
ABSTRAK Antecedent Variables- Effect on Visiting Decision of Foreign Tourist and Its Implication for Market Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (Study at Tourist Destination, South-Sulawesi). The objective of research is to explain that: (1) tourist object, the promotion structure and infrastructure, and external factors affects the visiting decision of foreign tourist; (2) the identification of tourist market segments can be based on tourist perception about the expected benefit; (3) the meaningfully relationship develops between number of descriptor variables and tourist market segmentation of South Sulawesi; (4) the implication from each segment of tourist market for targeting and positioning in determining the tourist destination at South Sulawesi. Three regencies/cities become considered as tourist destination. The sampel of research includes foreign tourists visiting the regencies/cities- tourist destination, reached 165 tourists. Statistic analysis used to test hypotheses involves regression analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. Results of research indicate that: (1) tourist attraction, promotion, structure and infrastructure, and external factors have significant effect on visiting decision variable; (2) from 34 benefits result in 10 tourist attraction factors; (3) from 165 cases revealed produces 4 potential market segments of tourist destination in South Sulawesi; (4) tourist perception about tourist destination in South Sulawesi. Regarding to the competitor and the expectation of tourist before visiting South Sulawesi, the market of South Sulawesi seems the most ideal for positioning it as beach and ethnic destination. The great potentials of both markets should be improved to be attained as target markets and to ensure the repositioning.

Abstract
Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat Bali yang menganut budaya collectivisme, peran wanita Bali sangatlah kompleks. Selain bertugas mengurus rumah tangga, wanita Bali juga dituntut untuk dapat terjun langsung dalam adat dan juga membantu perekonomian keluarga. Saat ini, jumlah wanita yang berprofesi sebagai pengusaha UMKM jumlahnya terus meningkat. Disisi lain, sebagai daerah pariwisata yang menonjolkan budaya sebagai daya tarik wisata, perkembangan budaya berkembang sangat pesat. Perubahan budaya ini juga mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan adat dan upacara agamanya. Kesibukan yang meningkat menyebabkan masyarakat Bali, kesulitan dan mulai enggan menyiapkan perlengkapan dan upacara agama dan pesta adatnya. Hal ini mendorong meningkatnya perkembangan UMKM yang ada di Bali. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 98 sampel yang merupakan pengusaha UMKM wanita yang berada di Bali.Dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path analysis) sampel diuji untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gender dan Hedonisme terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM yang dimiliki oleh wanita di Bali. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah gender dan hedonism memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap budaya bali dan keberlangsungan UMKM yang dimiliki oleh wanita di Bali

Abstract
Serasi Autoraya (SERA) through the TRAC Syariah service is a company engaged in the car rental industry on Indonesia. TRAC Syariah as one of car rental business have the advantage that apply Sharia Values concept in its business. The purpose of this research is to know islamic values as sharia driven on TRAC Syariah business model. This study aims to: 1) identify the TRAC Syariah car rental business model using the canvas business model approach; 2) analyze each of sharia value driven on the TRAC Syariah car rental business model. The method used in this study uses the canvas business model and qualitative data analysis. Respondents of this study are manager and supervisor on TRAC Syariah as many as 6 employees. The main finding that the framework Islamic values such as ijarah (rental activities based on sharia), halal quality, mudharabah, and sharia insurance.

Abstract
The aims of this study are to find out the difference between the performance of Islamic stock returns with conventional counterparts. We use 1203 observational data from Islamic and conventional indices obtained from IDX. Volatility is an interesting phenomenon to be reviewed because it describes the level of risk and uncertainty due to fluctuations in stock prices. This volatility includes daily opening and closing stock price, which is then converted into data daily returns. Based on empirical evidence was found that conventional stock has a better performance than the stock sharia. Positive and significant GARCH values indicate that the return volatility of the IHSG, ISSI, and JII is currently influenced by the volatility of the previous period. The results showed that the model fitting asymmetric GARCH (EGARCH) is the best model to forecast the stock volatility return both of them, Islamic and conventional.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan pada loyalitas wisatawan, serta dampaknya pada intensi wisatawan untuk merekomendasikan orang lain untuk berkunjung. Responden sejumlah 221 orang mengisi kuesioner yang diberikan oleh peneliti pada saat mereka berkunjung di objek wisata Tebing Breksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas wisatawan. Lalu, loyalitas wisatawan berpengaruh positif pada intensi rekomendasi wisatawan. Implikasinya adalah pengelola objek wisata perlu mempertahankan tingkat kepuasan wisatawan supaya wisatawan menjadi loyal dan memiliki intensi untuk menyampaikan rekomendasi kepada orang lain.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the phenomena that occur in the company, low job satisfaction for employees due to the style of leadership that is applied which results in low employee motivation. Low work discipline is caused by employees preferring to postpone work resulting in accumulation of work. This study used a saturated sample technique of 80 respondents who were employees and supported by primary data collection techniques. The method used in this study is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions that are taken into consideration are the need for the facilities and comfort of the workspace, make decisions together and apply 3S namely (greetings, greetings and smiles) so that employees can focus on working and interacting with each other.
