The research objectives are to create and to analyze the influence of economic risk, interest rate, and exchange rate on Indonesian non oil export and its implications for Indonesian economic growth. The are several variables are used such as economic risk, interest rates, and exchange rates as independent variables, while non oil exports and gross domestic product as dependent variables; the time series data will be taken from 1999 to 2018. The structural model path analysis is used and Partial Least Square software is used for analizing the data. The result proved that the economic risk, interest rate, and exchange rate have a significant influence on and non oil export. Another result is economic risk, exchange rate, exports have a significant influence on gross domestic product in Indonesia.

Abstract
The presence of the Islamic Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) in Indonesia is very helpful in improving the national economy, with its aim to strengthen the sharia economy as a basis for strength and resilience of the national economy with cooperatives as the principal factor, to construct and develop the citizen-s economic potential, increase economic also social welfare, and to provide the capital for the small traders. In conditions of intense competition, marked by the emergence of various types of Islamic financial institutions, the main thing that must be prioritized is the satisfaction of customers or members in receiving services in order to survive and ultimately will attract the interest of both customers and prospective customers to buy the products offered. The purpose of this study are to determine the extent of the gap between expectations and perceptions of Koperasi SHIPS Jawa Timur (KSJ) members also to identify the service quality attributes that need to be considered in order to improve the quality of KSJ services. The method used is by distributing questionnaires to the KSJ members, where in this case, the questionnaire is arranged based on the dimensions of CARTER (Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, Emphaty, and Responsiveness)

The aims of this paper were to identify the relationship between green purchase intention with the variables that support it. This research was completed with identification the relationship between the green purchase intention variables (endogenous) with their indicators (exogenous) that affect the green purchase intention. The identification is done by structural equation modelling. The results obtained, the relationship between 4 exogenous variables to endogenous variable are significant. Abstract
Employee is one of the most valuable capital in the organization since the organizational goals can be achieved by the existence of the employees. Nowadays organizations come across too many unpredictability challenges in the dynamic and complex business environment. Organizations are now working hard to increase employee commitment and loyalty in order to reduce turnover rates. Employee turnover is one of the most strenuous issues to face organizations since it generates big costs. The strongest signal of actual turnover is the intention of the employee to quit the organization. This research is conducted to explore the relationship of work-life imbalance on turnover intention among employees in Indonesia, with the role of transformational leadership as a moderating variable. The quantitative research method was selected and the questionnaire was used as the research instrument to collect the data. The respondents were employees ranging from 21-45 years old in Indonesia. The moderated regression analysis (MRA) disclosed a noteworthy result of this study, that the work-life imbalance practices will lead to higher turnover intention, and some aspects that affect the work-life imbalance are dissatisfaction, poor behavior/performances, and stress. Further, it was confirmed that this turnover intention among employees weakened after being moderated by transformational leadership.

Abstract
In the context of industrial competition, rural bank has some operating limitations compared to other commercial banks. The interest on savings and deposits in rural bank is higher than commercial bank, however, the level of third-party funds of rural bank is far below the commercial bank. Literature found that brand equity can be a competitive advantage for service companies like rural bank to win the business competition. This study tried to evaluate the elements of brand equity used by rural banks. A research was carried out in Bekasi, Indonesia, to identify the brand equity of some of rural banks. The respondents were 61 rural bank depositors in Bekasi chosen using snowball sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using structural equation modelling. We found evidence that the significant factor that affects rural bank depositors on brand loyalty was perceived quality. While, this research cannot prove the influence of trust, brand awareness and brand association on brand loyalty. The results of the study proved that the role of perceived quality in influencing brand loyalty is high, and rural banks have not maximized the use of other elements in brand equity in their business activities.

Abstract
Management Information System (MIS) in government institutions was a very crucial thing. The established MIS often provided less optimum benefits since the MIS development did not go through a good planning and clear IT masterplan. The procurement unit of Malang City has a MIS (SiBaja) which has been established since 2016 and since then suitability evaluation has never been performed. This study aimed to evaluate the suitability of SiBaja to the needs of users and management using Human, Organization, Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) framework. To obtain the data, a survey method was used by distributing questionnaires to the application users. The data analysis model used was SEM-PLS by using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study found that the implementation of SiBaja was not fully fit for the relationship between Human-Technology that was indicated by the absence of a significant effect between User Satisfaction (US) variable and System Quality (SQ) variable with a significance value of 0.899 at alpha = 0.05. and was not fully fit for the relationship between Organization-Technology factor which was characterized by the absence of a significant effect between Service Control (SC) variable and Information Quality (IQ) variable with a significance value of 0.221 at alpha = 0.05.

Abstract
Corporate resource planning in the field of accounting is a process of measuring the provision of information related to accurate financial transactions in the companys financial reporting. The financial statements briefly record every transaction that occurs in the company by creating accounts for each financial transaction such as the movement of assets in and out, such as inventory, operating costs, sales and purchase reports. But there is no method that is really applied to analyze the creation of accounts in a structured manner, so that the computer computing process that runs so far requires a long time for each transaction process. The traversal tree algorithm implemented in this study aims to create structured accounts or control of accounts (CoA) and help the computing processes that are carried out by the computer run quickly. So that it can provide information to companies quickly and accurately.

Abstract
Relational view perspective explains and gives theoretical foundations to understand why organizations create and develop relationships and networks. The relational management context leads to research on the essence of the relational strategy of enterprises and the strategic choices made within it. It is indicated that the key choices around which the content of the relational strategy is played includes: the goal, the partner, the inter-organizational dynamics and the way of creating relations. An important research problem is the identification of antecedents of strategic choices of enterprises. The attention of researchers in this context focuses on inter-organizational trust as one of the most important factors. Inter-organizational trust assumes that cooperating enterprises rely on themselves in the belief that each party will fulfill its obligations in a competent, honest and rational manner, generating mutual benefits. In addition, the partner will not behave opportunistically, but will fulfill the contract and take actions that the trusting party expects. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to recognize the relationship between level of trust and its dimensions on strategic choices made within the enterprises relational strategy. The research was carried out on a representative sample of 400 enterprises operating in Poland and on international markets, which is representative of the company-s size. The research results confirmed the important role of inter-organizational trust as an antecedent of strategic choices. It plays an important role in the process of selecting partners for relationships and influences the way relationships are created.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to shed light on how vocational accounting education can produce architect of civilisation. Vocational studies are usually regarded as the producer of labours; a term now commonly known as factory teaching institution. The essence of education in any kind of studies, be it academics or vocational, is the same. It is the transfer of values, knowledge, and skill. Thus, the ability to apply accounting knowledge in vocational study, will be enhanced if students are taught to be contextually and spiritually aware. The creation of applied accounting can only bring welfare to civilisation if accounting is created with values suited to the users belief. Vocational accounting studies will therefore produce more than just labours, but architects of civilisation.
