Sustainable Transportation Reform: Changing the Face of the Indonesian Railroad System in the Partnership Perspective

Abstract
One of the major changes that have taken place in the field of Indonesian railroad transportation has changed various aspects such as policy, organization, managerial, service and travel systems, and infrastructure. A very significant change was shown in financial terms that experienced a large surge. The problem focusing on equity, development and infrastructure integration only focuses on Java and a few in Sumatra island. Later, in this study provides a view of how sustainable transportation reforms are seen from the stages and factors that influence the classification of countries based on material welfare. Where developing countries and developed countries apply different systems and methods according to the recommended model. Then it will be known which systems and methods are suitable to be applied based on the problems that occur through the glasses of partnership with the aim of resolving government issues related to financial and non-financial issues with the private sector.
