Abstract

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is provided a formula that is used to measure productivity and diagnose system deficiencies in equipment. In traditional usage, these matrix formulas have the disadvantage of detecting the internal milk-run method in its application. Where the flow of goods / products flows to the manufacturer uses material handling to supply the manufacturing area, to overcome the vulnerability, Overall Transportation Comparison Development (OTE tr) and the Overall Throughput effectiveness (OTE tr) The goal is twofold: measuring the productivity in manufacturing ratios seen from the product flow during entering the factory (Tr) and when it exits from the production process (Th), and can also be carried out diagnostic internal milk-run on the production area. This journal describes the OTE development methodology, which increases productivity with continuous production of products and engine capacity in manufacturing. which is the combination combinations product (> 2) and more supply in raw material supply in the production line. in general, the OTE tr is only used by Material handling outside of manufacture, matric transportation in this case will be adjusted in material handling equipment concept. OTE Implementation in the study case: Industry automotive can be identified as a whole.
