Abstract
The purposes of this research is to identify what kind of medium and the benefits of public relations medium used in e-ticket business. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to present a complete overview the situation related to some variable situations examined. The results of this research is that the medium of public relations is a common and accessible to the public. This research was conducted by discussing public relations medium in the form of public media relations as a means of information for users of e-ticket services.
