The collected data is reduced, describes the data and makes conclusions. Based on the data analysis the result showed, 1) the teacher had not tried various techniques for evaluating skills using portfolios in mathematics learning, 2) the assessment techniques carried out generally still use the problem description, 3) the obstacles experienced were not yet familiar with various techniques offered in assessing skills aspects using a portfolio; 4) Can be very time consuming for teachers to organize and evaluate the content of portfolios; 5) Constrained in making portfolio assessment rubrics.
