Abstract

When the world changes, classes need to adapt to the digital era. This study investigated 40 West Java Indonesia high school Japanese language teachers attitude toward language learning with ICT and ethical reasoning of mobile learning (m-learning) for learning Hiragana letters using a survey with open-ended questions. The results indicated that the teachers attitude toward language learning with ICT and ethical reasoning of m-learning issues are influenced by the readiness of facilities internet connection and readiness of teachers to face the digital era. Teachers who teach in the city appeared easier and supportive than the teachers who teach in suburban cities regarding the implementation m-learning.
