Abstract

The limitation of energy sources, especially non-renewable energy sources or the world energy crisis and the emergence of environmental problems due to energy use in buildings are the negative impacts caused by the building sector. Therefore, energy efficiency in buildings is a must. Intelligent building systems can make a building use less energy when compared to buildings that do not use this system. Energy reduction also has an impact on reducing environmental damage caused by energy. Smart building systems are a harmonious blend of automation, communication and environmental planning to create truly good buildings. This study will compare two buildings using smart building systems. The comparable variables are energy, lighting, monitoring, charging electric cars, water use, and air regulation. Through comparison, it can be seen how the implementation of the above variables into the form of building design. All design and system solutions that are used, are for one purpose, energy efficiency.
