Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in the company. In the age of globalization like today I think competition between companies is getting tighter and companies must quickly adapt to this globalization market competition. The companys ability to compete in the market is seen from the performance of its human resources and is determined by the capabilities or skills possessed by employees. high employee ability will make the company excel in market competition.
