Abstract
This study aimed to produce learning trajectories that could help the students to learn integer addition and subtraction. The method of this study used research design with the initial stages of preparation (preparing for the experiment), design experiment (design experiment), and retrospective analysis (retrospective analysis). The learning approach used Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI). The subjects in this study were seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 01 Palembang, Indonesia. Data collection was done through observation of student activities, documentation of events in the classroom in the form of photos and videos, and collection of student tasks. The results of this study produced 5 problem addition and 5 subtraction of integer that who were able to help students understand the concept of addition and subtraction of integers could be triggered by using of Eid cakes as a context in learning and students who were able to solve problems in everyday life related to addition and subtraction of integers.
