Abstract
The purpose of this research is to measure the frecuency of human sound waves with presented data in software Praat through acoustic phonetic approxiation to identify that speaker can pronounce the word well. The writer focussed of Sundanese as a speaker. Praat provides many benefits for people to knowing information about the exising frequency, duration, and intonation of sound that spoken by speaker. In addition, this software can identify extraordinary sound as example bat sound. Bat has 20.000hz frequency that can not hear of the ear. Through Praat, the frequency can be identify. The method used in research is observation, collecting recording of speaker. The result of this discussion is to identify component of aoustic phonetic, that are frequency, duration, and intonantion. The conclusion can be concluded that it will provide sundanese can say english word that conucted of consonant.
