MODERATION EFEK SYSTEMATIC RISK PADA BOOK MARKET TERHADAP KEPEMILIKAN ASING

Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect moderation of Systematic Risk on book to market toward to foreign ownership of Variable in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 Period. The population in this research were 43 mining companies selected by using purposive sampling method and getting a sample of 21 companies. Result of hypothesis testing indicate that book to market have a negative and significant effect on foreign ownership, systematic risk has a negative and significant effect and systematic risk weakens the influence of book to market on foreign ownership.
