Abstract
Abstract This study aimed to analyses and clarifying the influence commitment of employee to their work discipline, analyses and clarifying the influence their job motivation to their work discipline, and analyses and clarifying the influence education and training to their work discipline. A qualitative and quantitative used as to study approach.. There are 57 employee have been taken as sample based on the saturated sampling. All data collected by questionnaire list, interview, observation and documentation. A multiple linier analyses used to analyses data and correlation any variables. The result of this study find that by partial test, organizational commitment and motivation don-t have an significant influence to the work discipline, but education and training has significantly influence to work discipline. All of third independent variable namely commitment, motivation, education and training have significantly influence to work discipline as dependent variable. The education and training are most dominant influence to work discipline.
