Abstract. This study aims to develop Sound Wave And Light Wave e book based on Scientific approach to improve process Science skills for secondary school students, that is suitable for use as a source of learning. The method that used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with Borg and Gall model. The steps are : preliminary research, model development planning, validation, evaluation, revision and implementation. This e book is developed based scientific approach, consists of introduction, concept development, application in real life, concept reinforcement, and evaluation. This e book has been validated by instructional methods experts, instructional media experts, and instructional content experts. Overall, this e book is feasible to to be used as a learning media and can improve students science process skills in sound.wave and light wave subject
