Abstract
Abstract This study aims to examine the moderation role of transformational leadership in the influence of self efficacy and motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were employees at the PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang amounting to 469 employees while the sampling technique used was simple random sampling about 100 respondent. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 by testing the instrument, testing the model and testing the hypothesis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, transformational leadership moderates the influence of both Self Efficacy on performance and motivation for performance.
