Abstract
THE EFFECT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON KNOWLEDGE SHARING MEDIATED WITH TRUST IN CO-WORKERS OF PT. INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK EMPLOYEE-S IN JAKARTA Ramdhan Kurniawan SST.Par., M.M Faculty Economy Open University Ramdhan-kurniawan@ecampus.ut.ac.id ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was analyzed the emotional intelligence of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk employees, was analyzed the trust of colleagues in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk employees, and was analyzed the knowledge exchange between PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk employees, was analyzed the effect of emotional intelligence on the exchange of knowledge on PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk employees, was analyzed the influence of emotional intelligence on trust towards colleagues in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur employees, and was analyzed the influence of trust on coworkers on exchanging knowledge on PT employees Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Theoretical models with hypothetical relationships are developed and tested with the help of structural equation model analysis procedures at AMOS. This study uses a questionnaire in collecting data from one hundred and fifty PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk employee-s as respondents. The results of this study indicate that the effect of positively emotional intelligence on knowledge sharing, was analyzed the effect of positively emotional intelligence on trust in coworkers, and was analyzed the effect of positively trust in coworkers on knowledge sharing.
