Abstract
Based on the theory stated above shows a number of similarities, similarities in terms of factors that influence, this provokes the desire to build a model of organizational commitment. Given the breadth and number of factors that influence organizational commitment both directly and indirectly, the researcher predicts variables of job satisfaction, work motivation, leadership, and emotional intelligence both directly and indirectly affect organizational commitment. Noting the influence between variables that influence each other, it is necessary to do research on organizational commitment and variable variables related to issue-su relating to the influence of emotional intelligence, leadership, job satisfaction, motivation on the commitment of the State High School Organization (SMA). This research to find out the extent to which these four factors can determine organizational commitment has encouraged the importance of conducting deeper studies through scientific research. This research is expected that these predictions can be supported by empirical data that can be scientifically justified. This encourages the implementation of this research with the title "The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Ogranisasi Commitments of High School Teachers (SMA) State of Banda Aceh City of Aceh Province"
