OPERATIONAL SUCCESS OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AFFECTED BY STRATEGIES AND TACTICS

Abstract
Based on an empirical analysis, this study examines model of the effect of strategy and tactics on effectiveness of construction projects implementation process. Using ten variables that have been presumed by reseachers to be determinants of strategy and tactics that will affect on effectiveness of construction projects implementation process. Data is drawn from the survey responses of project in the construction, and public service. This study supports the idea that a strategy and tactics are critical success factors in the construction projects implementation process. In additions balancing strategy and tactics are needed so that construction projects will be effectiveness.
