Working Discipline, Leadership style and Cultural Organization for Job satisfaction

Abstract
This study aims to determine the phenomena that occur in the company, low job satisfaction for employees due to the style of leadership that is applied which results in low employee motivation. Low work discipline is caused by employees preferring to postpone work resulting in accumulation of work. This study used a saturated sample technique of 80 respondents who were employees and supported by primary data collection techniques. The method used in this study is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions that are taken into consideration are the need for the facilities and comfort of the workspace, make decisions together and apply 3S namely (greetings, greetings and smiles) so that employees can focus on working and interacting with each other.
