Abstract
The field of work of heavy equipment companies is very vulnerable risks to occupational safety and health, moreover the location of the mine which is the center of operational operations tends to fall into the category of heavy work fields with a variety of natural conditions and exposure to hazardous chemicals used during the work process. Some mistakes made by employees while carrying out their profession are not complying with procedures such as not using work equipment or personal protective equipment while doing work, besides exposure to hazardous chemicals in the surrounding environment that can affect the health of their employees. Lack of employee health concerns such as providing health insurance to employees affected by illness while doing work can reduce the work productivity of employees of heavy equipment rental companies in Samarinda
