The Learning Management Process for Inculcating 12 Principal Values with the Sustainable Learning Concept for Secondary School having the manual process of learning to reinforce the core values are based upon the concept of learning to sustainability for secondary school. The process of learning in essence consists of three lesson plans for all 11 study plans including the following: 1) The Learning Activities consisting of honesty, sacrifice, and patience; 2) The Learning Activities are aimed at pursuing two courses of Persistence of Learning Activity; and 3) The Learning Activities consisting of seeking sufficiency. The results of the Trial Process and the Learning Development with 50 Grade 8 students at Angthong Pattamarot Wittayakhom School found that the teacher can implement learning management in planning and students shared satisfaction in the learning processes. 2. The teachers had planned activities scheduled but had to improve the group of students due to the relatively short duration of the trial and the assembly time of the students in the regular class schedule and the regular activities of each school. The Trial Process was the solution by dividing students into three groups and carrying out activities while simultaneously adjusting all three events planned in the activities by the 4 school teachers at the start of the Orientation Objectives for the students. They had the opportunity to ask questions and to understand the activities as assigned. Among the activities carried out by them, the teachers had to follow the progress of a 4 week period until the deadline. The results that in Activity 1( honesty, sacrifice, patience) and Activity 2 (focus on learning and trying to learn) students can perform their activities according to the prescribed curriculum and did not find any problems or obstacles. Especially in Activity 2, the Students learned the knowledge. Notes were recorded continuously summarizing the knowledge of the students. It also showed that knowledge is applied in the daily life of students, as well as activities in the three seeking sufficiency activities broken into three parts: 1) Recorded Income 2) The vegetable garden fence sufficiency and 3) Garbage Bank.
