Abstract
This research will design a Hospital IKM system model. This system will measure the Indonesian community satisfaction . In Indonesia, every hospitals have to measure the community satisfaction indexs regulary and also report the result to government and Indonesian society . The community satisfaction will be measured by The Community Satisfaction Index of Indonesian government and Service Quality (Servqual) of Parasuraman . Result of this research is a model of the community satisfaction index survey, that can help the hospital in Indonesia in monitoring the implementation by regularly . The result of measurement can be used as a referenced by the hospital to improved the quality of services to patients . This Hospital IKM system can be use by variouse hospitals in Indonesia.
