Information System Model with Balanced Scorcards for Non-Profit Organizations

Abstract
Some goals in developing information systems to support an organization in making decisions, planning, controlling, evaluating and improving in the future. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a method that can be used to assess and measure the performance of an organization. In BSC there are 4 perspectives assessed, namely customer perspective, financial perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective. A non-profit organization is a non-commercial community organization activity. However, in its organizational activities it must still be accountable, the solution that can be given to the community is building an information system. The development of information systems with the BSC approach can provide more solutions for the progress of the organization going forward.
