Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the process of facilities and infrastructure management in SDN (Elementary School) 033 Payakumbuh. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques by using data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Subjects in this study were principals, teachers, parents and students with special needs. The results showed that: 1). the planning of education facility process begins with a process that is well and correctly arranged according to the 2013 curriculum, which involves teachers, GPK, and parents of students; 2) the process of organizing the utilization of educational facilities has carried out the organizing function to the maximum as set forth in the learning tools that had been prepared previously; 3) the education facility maintenance process which is carried out periodically by involving all school residents along with several technicians; and 4) the process of supervising in using educational facilities from the beginning of learning to the end of learning has been going well, so that learning objectives can be achieved.
