Abstract
This study seeks to find out influencing factors towards entrepreneurial intention among participants of New Entrepreneurship Program, a program implemented by West Java Government, to create new entrepreneurs in West Java. The factors analyzed include social-demography and attitudes. There are 100 participants taken as sample using accidental sampling. Accidental sampling is a type of non-probability sampling, which doesn-t include random selection of participants. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The result shows that attitudinal factor, i.e. autonomy and authority, as well as self-realization, beliefs, and security assurance significantly affect the participants- entrepreneurial intention. Participants individual background is assumed to be the drive of the entrepreneurial intention
