The Effect of Learning Models and Interests in Learning on Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL), Conventional and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences fifth grade, 066666 Elementary School. The research method used was Quasi Experiment (Quasi-Experimental Method) with the research design as the basis for conducting research. To distinguish the influence of Problem Basic Learning (PBL) and Conventional on natural science learning outcomes in terms of high and low interest in learning; whose experiment class is V-A class using PBL model and V-B class using Conventional model. The results obtained that Problem Based Learning (PBL) influences the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences. Students who are taught with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) have higher learning outcomes compared to the conventional learning model in natural science subjects in fifth-grade of 666666 Elementary School Perumnas Mandala Medan.
