Abstract
Abstract The loyalty of non-Muslim consumers is important to study because Islamic banks are business institutions that must provide services for all consumers. Labuha Bacan is an area of religious conflict, so building economic harmony between religious communities is a separate point. Qualitative research methods with an approach to consumer behavior. Research results in the form of profiles of non-Muslim consumers. Non-Muslim consumers at the Islamic Bank in Labuha Bacan are loyal and loyal customers. The reason non-Muslim customers are loyal to Islamic banks is because of the values held by Islamic banks, the image of Islamic banks and good service. Loyalty is built because non-Muslim customers feel fasting with services, reliable products, friendly employees and adequate facilities. Consumer satisfaction and loyalty of non-Muslim consumers due to its affordable location, diversity of products, organized and flexible services, and clear and simple rules.
