Abstract
The importance of the effective time and make the businessmen including the apply information technology entrepreneur in his business. This study aims to describe the developing micro enterprises small and medium enterprises (UMKM)-based information and communication technology, efforts increase entrepreneurship in technology in Bandung district. Developing information technology in modern times is very important. This case study research using qualitative descriptive approach, namely data collection through the facts, circumstances, phenomena really happened in Bandung district. It can be inferred that, low competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in information technology based in Bandung district, due to the still low in mastering the technology in the scope of business travelers. Businessmen in the region is still minimal yet fully change the thoughts being turned, so that the lack of confidence to compete.
