Abstract

The hospital is an organization consisting of professional medical personnel whose function is to provide health services. To make it easier to provide services to patients, the hospital is divided into several units, one of which is the outpatient unit. Outpatient care unit is a unit that can provide diagnostic services and provide treatment to patients quickly and precisely in accordance with Ministry of Health Regulation standard no. 56 of 2014. The object of study from this research is Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta, Friendship Hospital & RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo which is a class A hospital located in Jakarta that will be examined whether it meets applicable standards. The research method used is the comparison method that compares outpatient care facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out that class A public hospitals in Jakarta have complete outpatient facilities and comply with applicable standards. Based on the results of the study, the hospital service unit has met applicable standards but Dr. RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo has the highest number of services. Based on the capacity and the amount of space, Tarakan Regional Hospital has the most appropriate amount in accordance with applicable standards. The average capacity of Tarakan District Hospital is 28 people with an average space of 5.75m² / person.
