Abstract
Bladder is an important component in manufacture blood pressure measurer. The competitive advantage of medical device can be improved with quality. More increase the quality, therefore more decrease the production cost, with the result that reduce waste. Then, Quality Control require to preserving the quality of medical device so that fit with market needs. The objective of this research is to find out quality control of medical device sparepart, Bladder., in PT. Dharma Medipro with Seven Tools in Quality Management approach, consists of Flow Chart, Check Sheet, Histogram, Control Chart, Fishbone, Scatter Diagram, and Pareto Diagram.
