The objective of this research is to find out quality control of medical device sparepart, Bladder., in PT. Dharma Medipro with Seven Tools in Quality Management approach, consists of Flow Chart, Check Sheet, Histogram, Control Chart, Fishbone, Scatter Diagram, and Pareto Diagram.
