Abstract
Abstract—Fuel system modification techniques to improve engine efficiency could be the way to slow down the energy crisis caused by the lack of new fuel inventions. The Compression Ignition (CI) diesel engine is one of the most preferred engines for both in-land and marine transportation motors. The advantages of compact dimensions and large generated power make CI diesel engine superior to other engine types. The large number of single CI diesel engines use in small fishing vessel engines and agricultural machinery will contribute substantially to fuel consumption in a cumulative manner. Previous researchs on the modification of fuel system with bi-fuel system High Speed Diesel (HSD)oil – Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) system capable of reducing Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC) up to 24% and exhaust gas opacity up to 68%. Subsequent studies focused on engines with single fuel HSD oil but were injected with superheated steam in 1 atm (abs) 130 oC by utilizing Heat Recovery Generating System (HRSG) using heat of exhaust gas for a flowrate of 1.5 - 4.5 kg/hour. It is capable of delivering the performance improvement of Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC), which is reduced by 8.92% compared to diesel engines without steam injection. Recent research combines the above two modification methods so that diesel will adopt two types of fuel- oil-LPG with additional superheated steam injection resulting from exhaust gas heat cogeneration system. Experimental results of the diesel engine with LPG injection maintained at 0.4 kg/h and 3.5 kg/h superheated steam with an engine variation loading of 0.3-0.7 kWh provide an average AFR of 30.09 and SFC improvement up to 37.2% lower than SFC engine standard with a single fuel HSD oil.

Abstract
A cellular base transceiver station (BTS) systems must be operated continuously in transmitting signals to the mobile stations. Reliability operation must be performed by this BTS to serve users without any interruptions. In several cases the BTS are found failed due to several disturbances that occurred during operation. One of the disturbances is caused by electrical energy supply interruptions. Although the cellular BTS power supply system is usually equipped by battery as a secondary power supply, the reliability can be influenced by the health of the battery. The health of battery is inclined by instability of main electricity supply, temperature fluctuation of the battery environment, increment of battery aging, the number of charging and discharging cycles (CDC), and the number depth of discharging conditions (DOD) that occurred. The impact of these factors will affect to the strength of battery. This paper proposes an investigation method to the battery health to ensure the performance of BTS. The method is applied by considering the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery. Since the characteristic signals are not linear, the calculation is performed using fuzzy method. Early results show that this prediction method can be applied to support maintenance work. The proposed method gives an overview of the battery health that can be followed up by technician to ensure the reliability of the BTS.

Abstract
Abstract-Uncontrolled erosion would cause considerable damages, such as soil fertility decline, water structures damage and reservoirs sedimentation. As the data for the sedimentation rate are limited, several models have been developed to predict the surface erosion and the rate of sedimentation. However, the availability of sufficient, diverse and extensive data are needed for the implementation of the models, both for the model calibration and the verification. The result of the analysis shows that both of the Tank Models that represent the erosion- sedimentation rate process, in which Tank Model 1 being the three-tank cascade system and Tank Model 2 being two-tank cascade system, are not optimum. This can be observed from the values of volume error (VE), relative error (RE), root- mean-square error (RMSE) and correlation coefficient (R) that show the effect of 1.5 hours of rain period in the sedimentation rate. The field condition shows considerable sedimentation, on the other hand, the models- simulations show decreasing sedimentation rates. The optimum model-s parameters for Tank Model 1 and Tank Model 2 are 924.51%-1049.26% for the relative error, 50.81% - 121.42% for the volume error, 0.9 for the correlation coefficient and 6703.59- 17,297.85 for the root-mean-square error. The parameters and constant-s values of the models are different relative to watershed condition.

Abstract
The applicability of bio-chemical grouting as the environmentally friendly and economically method for soil liquefaction prevention was evaluated. Several combinations of organic and in-organic precipitations methods were conducted to obtain the optimum grouting solution. Organic precipitation method employs a bio-agent of urease enzyme to dissociate urea into ammonium and carbonate ions. The produced carbonate ions are precipitated as calcite crystals in the presence of calcium ions. Meanwhile, the in-organic methods were performed using chemical compounds only, without the bio-agent. Unconfined compressive strength (UCS) tests were performed to evaluate the applicability of the grouting solutions for improving the soil strength. Grouting solution is injected into the prepared sand samples. The sand samples with a relative density of 50% were treated with one and two PV for 3-day curing times. The experimental results showed that the organic precipitation method produced the high precipitated amount and resulted in the significant improvement in the strength of the treated sand. The presence of the precipitated materials within the grains of soil generated the strength of 272 kPa. The results of this study have elucidated that the organic precipitation method composed of calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, urea and enzyme of urease may be an alternative soil-improvement technique to prevent the liquefaction susceptibility.

Abstract - Based on the planning guideline of Health Monitoring System of Bridge Structure of Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, one of the main components needed in bridge health monitoring system is a communication system. The application of the WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) function to perform monitoring can be used to create a more practical system. Based on the system, required hardware that can be integrated with the software and can connect on wireless. Proposed methods using WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) on devices, then do testing on connectivity to obtain network quality and data sensor. Data sensor will be uploaded on the cloud can be accessed from various places that connected to the Internet network thus forming an IoT (Internet of Things) based system with using Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. Experiments carried out in two ways of connectivity, point-to-point and star topology to determine the network quality of each device, which is Node MCU and Mi-Fi modems. Network quality parameters can be known by looking at the value of packet loss, delay, jitter, and throughput. In the results, the MQTT Protocol applied to build IoT system. In addition, proposed methods that used in this research has a great quality network with packet loss <25 ms. However, there-s a big gap between serial data and online data that makes MQTT protocol is not suitable for monitoring systems that require fast data transfer.

The development of robot technology is currently growing rapidly, mobile robot is one of the robots with many applications in everyday life. One important thing in the field of cellular robots is the problem of trajectories or trajectories, in this case how the robot can track the approved path. In this study, the cellular robot control system has been tested to track tracks. The path used in this study is the third-order Bezier Order, with control points and end points of the predetermined pathway. Based on the results of simulation tests on the development of mobile robot trajectories, the reality is that the performance of the trajectory system based on the Bezier curve trajectory is highly dependent on the placement of the bezier curve control points or in other words the actual trajectory formed by the robot is greatly influenced by the shape of the bezier trajectory that was designed.

Abstract
Good ride performance is one of the most important key attribute of a passenger vehicle. One of the methods to achieve this is by using continuously variable transmission (CVT). This is because a CVT has the capability of providing an almost infinite ratio within its limits smoothly and continuously. The flexibility of a CVT allows the driving shaft to maintain a constant angular velocity over a range of output velocities. Currently, new developments in gear reduction and manufacturing have led to ever more robust CVTs, which in turn allow them to be applied in more diverse automotive applications. As CVT development continues, costs will be reduced further and the performance will continue to improve, which in turn make further development and application of the CVT technology desirable. This cycle of improvement will offer CVT a solid foundation in the worlds automotive infrastructure. The purpose of this paper is to provide some background and relevant information that is necessary in this study. Specifically, a brief description of CVT, advantages and their brief history are presented. This paper also evaluates the current state of CVT, investigate the technology frontline of drivetrain control and the development of CVT. The step less Transmission is able to maintain the engine running in its maximum power.

The heat transfer on a motorcycle engine block is quite complicated but can be solved computationally. To simulate the calculation, an appropriate turbulence model is required. In this study, the effect of eleven turbulence models was analyzed in the simulation of a motorcycle engine block cooling using finite volume method. The turbulence models tested were Spalart-Allmaras (vorticity-based and strain/vorticity-based), k-e standard, k-e RNG, k-e realizable (all with standard wall functions and enhanced wall treatments), k-omega standards, transition k-kl-omega, and transition SST. The engine block was considered as a cylindrical finned tube with a specified size. In this work, several essential parameters were observed, such as the heat transfer coefficient, wake area, horseshoe vortex, and pressure drop. The calculation results were analyzed and compared with the results of previous studies. Based on the heat transfer coefficient results, it was found that all turbulence models agreed well with the experimental results, but there were significant differences in the pressure loss calculation. Based on the accuracy and computational cost, it can be concluded that the Spalart-Allmaras and the transition SST are the turbulence models which give optimum result for calculating the heat transfer in a motorcycle engine block.

Abstract-The increase in the population causes the problems faced are also increasing. Problems that arise include that, the number of accident victims who have recently often occurred on the highway, where the victims of the accident suffered minor injuries to severe and some even have to take lives due to accidents on the highway. And the second is crime, like a murder case that can take someones life. Often victims do not carry identities, making it difficult for the police or related parties to identify victims of accidents and killings. This system is made in the hope that it can help the police or related parties to be able to recognize the face of the victim without an identity just by using the android application. So that it can save more time in identifying the identity of the victim. Victim face recognition algorithm using Facial Landmark Detector and for its implementation using the Dlib library. To do facial recognition, it is done by taking pictures of victims using an application on android which is then sent to the server for the recognition process. After the image is sent to the server, the recognition process will be carried out, the results of the introduction process are sent back to android to display the results. The level of accuracy of the victims face recognition with a wound if using a tolerance of 0.35 is 100%, but if using tolerance 0.2 the level of accuracy is only 25%. Abstract — The high prevalence of postpartum depression significantly increases maternal morbidity. Lack of diagnosis for postpartum depression results in mothers missing early treatment necessary. The traditional screening method using questionnaire presents its own disadvantage in diagnosis. Therefore, development of postpartum screening method that focuses on ease in implementation is very much needed to improve postpartum maternal health. This paper proposes a screening information system for postpartum depression to help its proper treatment. This research employed the rule-based method to diagnose postpartum depression and the expert system to input symptoms data that will result in diagnoses. Respondents input symptoms data to be diagnosed by the system. The system then automatically generate output of suggested treatment based on expert input associated with the diagnoses the system is working on. This research employed the Randomized Control Trial method with Control Group Pre and Post Tests Design. Samples of this research were 52 postpartum mothers consisting of 26 respondents in the system group, and the other 26 in the manual group. Results show that 42.31% (n=11) of mothers suffer from postpartum depression. There is a significant difference in EPDS score prior to and after the use of the information system (P=0.000). The system also successfully generated very high TAM score, meaning that it is capable of postpartum screening along with ease of use and some other advantages. Therefore, screening for postpartum depression using information system is very effective and ensures proper and timely treatment.

Abstract
Abstract - Anemia among pregnant mothers is a serious issue that may cause pregnancy complications, premature birth that can lead to mortality, and low birth weight (BBLR). Monitoring for anemia among pregnant mothers is quite a phenomenon for midwives and health professionals due to time constraint as it takes time to establish a proper diagnosis. Late diagnosis establishment results in late treatment. Therefore, this paper proposes a web-based rule-based information system using the rule- based algorithm to ease monitoring and detection of anemia among high risk pregnant mothers. The method employed is online rule-based information system to diagnose anemia among pregnant mothers. Respondents input data of symptoms that will then be processed by the information system to generate diagnoses. Resulting diagnoses are displayed as they are. The rule-based method in the information system validates data of symptoms and diagnoses with experts in the field to serve as reference in providing health care information. This is a pre-experimental research with one posttest group. The intervention group (N=10) was given treatment using the information system, while the control group (N=10) was given treatment manually. Interventions were conducted for 20 days, and measurements were carried out on the 21st day using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The anemia detection system for pregnant mothers developed here is proven to be effective in helping anemia detection and has been validated by experts (midwives) and hence, been declared valid. With effectiveness score of 90 %, this web-based rule-based information system is effective in detecting, monitoring, and reporting anemia among pregnant mothers.

Abstract— Strong wind allows uproot the trees and causes human victims to be injured or dead. Unfortunately, the strong wind comes suddenly to the trees on the street and many people and traffic are around there. It needs wind speed monitoring and strong wind early warning to avoid the victims due to fallen tree. This paper explains the development of wind monitoring and early warning system using wind speed sensor and weather forecasting. The steps involve investigating the wind speed, designing the system, developing the system, testing, and validating. The result shows that the system can measure the wind speed on the spot in real time and trigger the alert to the people around if the strong wind was occurred. On the other hand, it also informs the forecast of wind speed according to weather web services data few hours before. Applying this system will help the government to prevent the victims of fallen tree due to strong wind.
