Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of the application of Good Corporate Governance as stated in the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and justice on the performance of employees of the Banda Aceh City Health Office. This research will be conducted at the Banda Aceh City Health Office. The population in this study were all employees at the Banda Aceh City Health Office, which amounted to 182 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, which is a survey research in which researchers take the entire population as respondents. Methods of collecting data by questionnaire, observation and literature. Data processing techniques will be carried out by (1) checking data, (2) coding (coding), (3) tabulation, and (4) statistical analysis. The results of the research show that the application of Good Corporate Governance has an impact on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in the performance of employees of the Banda Aceh City Health Office. As well as the impact of the application of Good Corporate Governance has had a positive and significant impact on the Performance of the Banda Aceh City Health Office

Abstract
The Indonesian government is examining to ensnare the spread of hoax using the anti-terrorism law. This study aim to examining the relevance of the anti-terrorism law to ensnare hoax perpetrators and compare how Indonesia & Singapore policies in handling hoaxes. This research uses doctrinal methods with a comparative approach. The results of the study can be an input to the Indonesian government to deal with hoax spread cases appropriately by applying the right policy.

Abstract
Industrial Age 4.0 has driven the growth of startup companies rapidly and the existence of startup companies in the world has become a new economic basis for countries. The startup industry is able to encourage new innovations, research, create new jobs and absorb more labor and increase national economic growth. In Southeast Asia, the value of the digital economy currently reaches $ 72 billion and is predicted to increase to $ 240 billion by 2025. The government has a role to regulate, create, develop and accelerate startup companies to become a new economic foundation and absorb the maximum potential of digital economic value. This study would like to see how Indonesia & Singapore formulate policies and regulations to develop startup companies as their economic potential sector. The results of the study can be an input to policymakers to regulate and accelerate their economic sector by using right policy.

Abstract
Jakarta is The Nations Capital of Indonesia. According data of UI and BNN in 2017, DKI Jakarta is the most dangerous province in drug abuse of Indonesia. This province is the first rank with the highest prevalence rate of 3.34%. Jakarta Emergency Narcotics where there are one million Jakarta residents affected by Narcotics, this constitutes 10% of the total population in Jakarta. in a day there are reports of 5 people dying of drug. Therefore constructing appropriate public policies through collaborative governance are needed to reducing drug abuse in Jakarta region. This study aims to find out collaborative governance conducted by government among stakeholders for instance National Narcotics Borad, local government in Jakarta Province, civil society organization and private sectors. This research is important because at this moment Indonesia face emergency in drug abuse (Indonesia Darurat Narkoba). Then, Jakarta as a capital city with the highest amount of population in Indonesia need appropriate policy to reduce drug abuse. Because drug problems are a shared problem that cannot be overcome alone but requires collaboration between stakeholders. It can provide a model and construcing related to collaborative governance in reducing drug abuse for another province in Indonesia. This study use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study was conducted on Jakarta Province by using the Collaborative Governance theory by Ansel and Gash (2007). Interviews, and documentation studies were the data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that Collaborative Governance in Jakarta Province is not good enough. The findings that It has not joint policy yet among stakeholders in preventing drug abuse, the relations that have occurred are still in coordination. Therefore, Local Governance in Jakarta Province should construct Public Policy appropriately in Preventing Drug Abuse through Collaborative Governance. It is needed a Policy such as Law of Local Goverment (Peraturan Daerah) or Law of Jakarta Governor (Peraturan Gubernur) to create sustainibility of narcotics prevention in Jakarta Province. It is needed not only to reduce amount of drug user but also to enhance collaboration among stakeholder in the Prevention of drug abuse. There are also some obstacle factors that influences collaborative governance is not good enough such as the commitment and institutional design has not formed yet.

Abstract
Public Information Transparency (KIP) is the Governments goal to realize good governance, known as good governance. To fulfill the right and the need for decent public services, a strong legal foundation is needed in the process of procurement of goods and services. Procurement of government goods and services guarantees legal certainty and provides protection for every citizen. The process of procuring government goods and services is carried out with the principles of good governance both in the aspects of the implementation of procurement and in the use of state finances. Several derivative regulations were made to discuss the procurement of Government goods / services in the field of construction services. Transparency for the procurement of construction service providers still provides a gap for only a few parties to know that the role of the community is still considered minimal. This study aims to identify KIP with the procurement of construction service providers based on the legal perspective. Collection of secondary data through laws and regulations related to the selection of construction service providers. The results of the study were discussed through focus group discussions and presented in the form of KIP relationship models with the procurement of construction service providers.
