The Significance Level of Food Ordering Frequency Using Food Ordering Mobile Application Feature in Samarinda Seberang Said Keliwar; Eman Sukmana

Abstract
This quantitative research conducted in Samarinda Seberang during July 2019 with valid 140 respondents and 28 questions. The aim for this research is to know the experience and to measure the consumers- expectation towards online food ordering service. The analysis used is linear regression by SPSS version 25. However, the result found that the most online food ordering was made at home during weekday by Go-Food application. The reason why the consumer using this service due to its effective and efficient. The most of respondent characteristics are female, in age between 26 – 30 years old who works as private employee with average income Rp. 5.000.001 – Rp. 10.000.000. In conclusion, there are five hypotheses that are supported such as, there is a positive relationship between ease of use, privacy/security, graphic style, fulfillment/reliability, and other criteria (access, responsiveness, & personalization) and online food ordering frequency. Only one hypothesis not supported, there is a negative relationship between information availability & content and online food ordering frequency.
